The service is spot on, they take their time in making sure you're pleased with everything. We ordered a tuxedo for our puppy (who is growing so fast so it just about fit him but that's on me). Took about 20ish days to arrive but that's because they were shipping it internationally.

I ordered a windjacket for my dog. I love the fabric! The customer service is really helpful. I ordered the wrong colour so they changed it to the right colour but I got the wrong colour instead. They offered me the jacket in the right colour for free.

Bought a collar for my dog but it was a bit small, so i contacted MacryDog customer service through their official email and a very helpful agent called Jacob helped me out to exchange the collar for a larger size, i realy appreciate their way of treating customers.
