I have been looking for a great leather case for my iPad online and thankfully my friend referred me to this store. Not only the product is great but the customer service as well, as they help me with regards to my wrong ordered item and processed an exchange!

I shoot them an email asking about an eta (totally understandable that it's taking a while thanks to rona) and get a "we'll keep you informed" response. Almost two weeks go by from me giving them my money and finally an update: the item you ordered is out of stock. Cool, I gave up two days ago and got the charge reversed by my bank since the customer service reps must be at the very end of a long and convoluted info chain. Save some time and shop elsewhere.

I am convinced this business is a near complete fake. It's a sort of store front for some one who imports items from an entirely separate place. I ordered a 13" laptop case and received one for a 15" mac book. The order took two or three weeks to arrive. I had a bad feeling from the start but this is ridiculous. The packaging doesn't bare a brand name. The case is made of hard plastic not rubber. I have asked for a full refund, but we'll see how that works out.
They sell very low quality merchandise at high prices then charge $8.99 per item for returns. $8.99 per item for a $26.99 watch band that is of such low quality, there are no words to describe it other than "crap". I've seen higher quality items in an arcade shop that are purchased with fist fulls of paper tickets. I simply cannot comprehend how this company is receiving high star reviews.

I wanted to return them, unused and unopened and they wanted to charge me $8.99 per band for a "processing fee".

This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I ordered a mint green iPad case as a Christmas gift for my daughter. After not receiving it on time, I emailed the company and they forgot to ship it. I was told they would process the order immediately. Weeks pass and no update or shipping confirmation. I email the company again and today I'm told they don't have the color requested and will send me another color. I've asked for a refund so fingers crossed I get one. I would definitely not recommend this company. It takes days for a response and I'm the only one concerned about the order.

Manufacturer does not stand behind their products. Cheap merchandise and poor return policy. I bought my daughter an Apple watch band and it broke two weeks later. We paid for it to be fixed but then it tarnished a week later. No returns, no store credit, no refunds after 14 days. Not sure what they do if it's before 14 days, they probably have some sort of scam going on.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from doing any business with this company! I purchased the two of the above covers and I received no shipping #, more than 35 days delivery, no communication, missing tempered glass screen protection, one case doesn't have the magnet to auto turn on/off when opened and closed as advertised on their website, they removed my email account so I couldn't request a refund. To be fair, I must say the leather case seems to a nice high quality leather case. I'm keeping the black one for the 11" as it has the open/ on close/ off feature, but I'm trying to send the 12.9" back. So if you don't mind the non existent, horrible customer support, missing items or even wrong items, you may enjoy this case. Buyer beware.

It will take well over a month with no tracking or communication. Parts may be wrong and or missing. Their return police is that you must wait to receive the item, then request a return, once they receive the item, they will start to process the correct order “if approved” don’t waist any time starting the return process as they play games like cancel your login on their website so you can’t request the return. Please remember to turn to your credit card company to get your money bank. Good luck

I tried to return my order. First, they don't respond. Then when you eventually keep hassling, they say that 30 days has expired and it is outside their return policy. They offer 40% off your next purchase. As if I'd want to buy something from them again. Don't buy from these people. You can get comparable products from other suppliers who treat their customers properly.
I had a simple charger stop working after three months. They refused to do anything to assist. There are much better products and companies out there for the same prices. I highly suggest buying elsewhere.

I ordered a 10.5" iPad case from Moderno several weeks ago. I had my device stolen between the time I placed my order and when it arrived. So, I bought an 11" iPad and requested an exchange so I'd have the right size.
I ran into multiple issues: (a) first, my exchange request was lost; (b) second, the shipping information I was provided did not work; (c) third, when I finally received the exchange item, it was the wrong size.
I had to follow up with the company each time. They were not proactive in letting me know about any of these issues. For a company that says they are customer focused, it's clear that's not the case.

I purchased an iPhone case with card holders. The case looked fine when it arrived. After using it for a month, the "leather" began separating from the shell of the case. Now, a little over two months after purchase, both of the card pockets have completely fallen off, leaving a black plastic case.
I contacted Moderna, and they offered me 40% off my next purchase, but no refund. 40% off a product that falls apart isn't an acceptable response.
I've attached a photo taken after a little over a month of use.
Described the product wrong, there is no pencil holder on the iPad case. A store credit was offered, even though they acknowledged their improper description of the case, and stated that they had no correct product for my new iPad. They then told me to keep the unusable case, and refunded my money, but withheld $10 in the process. They were dishonest, unethical, and even slow to respond. The refund they did issue was more than a week later than they said it would be.

This thing only charged my watch to 84% after being on all night and I had to remove my phone case to charge it. Additionally, the bright green lights on the charger are extremely bright at night. Will be returning after only one use. Very disappointed.
I bought a cover for iPhone October the 1 and I got it today November 18.
49 days. Outrageous!
Plus the shell containing the cover was already open and the inner soft lining of the cover detached.

I received an iPad case in October 2020 from Moderno Collections. At first everything looked good but after not quite 2 months of use the case has started to fall apart. I have contacted the company twice by email as they have no telephone number and they say as it is over 30 days they can not offer a refund or replacement even though on their website they say 100% satisfaction guaranteed. They offered a 40% discount on my next purchase, why would I purchase from them again when they will not stand behind their product? I am very dissatisfied with the product and the customer service and would strongly advise anyone from buying anything from this company. M
Worst case ever, first one fell apart. I purchased a second hoping things would be better, well guess what, It wasn't. After 10 months of easy home usage, it's falling apart. Here's the worst thing,,,,I emailed Moderno with receipt and pictures. They tell me they will replace it. Then two days later they say it exceeded the company policy of 6 months therefore they won't replace it. Wow, poor product backed up with even poorer customer service. I won't buy from them again.

Got the wrong size cover. I need to return and get a refund, they refuse to give a refund instead they want to give me a gift card for next purchase. There will be no next purchase therefore I'm out of my money spend with them. I will report to with PayPal and try to get my money back, almost 40.00 USD.

They do not refund your money. Instead they give you a gift card for next purchase. I don’t wish to purchase or use them ANYMORE.

I purchased 3 in 1 charger for my new devices. The charger didn't work from minute one. They wanted video proof. I sent it. They then proceeded to give me further instructions to use a different charger than the one provided. To me that's a defective device, and should be given a full refund. Instead they give me shananigans to prevent return. Just bad business
One of the two charging stands I ordered works great for both my iPhone 11pro and my Apple watch Series 7. If I had to change anything, I'd have an option to dim the charging light as it's a bit bright for the nightstand.
The second charger will not stay securely connected to the power cord. I am trying to get this issue resolved with customer support now which is a little frustrating because they have asked me to send a video of the issue. That is difficult to do since I don't have 3 hands and it is a somewhat intermittent issue (it plugs in but then becomes loose). I will update this review if the issue is resolved.
I am writing this because they have outstanding customer service and were able to assist me with my questions about their product. I purchased a sleek gray case for my iphone XR and it provided a wallet and enough room for a magnetic plate to have my phone stick on my dashboard. Thanks again for everything!
I'm not too happy with my purchase. 1. It came opened as you can see in my picture it came opened as you see it. So someone must've opened it and looked at it tried it before shipping it. 2nd the color doesn't match the picture at all it's supposed to be "Khaki" but it's way lighter like a beige cream color. I found practically the same thing on eBay for 9.99 shipped from China. So they must be buying from them at about that cost or less and charging $34.99 for this on their website and profiting at least $25 per case. It's clearly just a cheap case from China then they just add a zip lock bag with their company name on it and re sell it for a higher price. Next time I'll just buy my case from eBay and not a small retailer like this one.

This was a replacement charger due to the original one having some technical errors. Customer service was quite helpful with trying to troubleshoot issues with my original purchase. When we realized we could not use it, they immediately mailed me a replacement product which is operating very well! Highly recommend this product!
Ordered my laptop charger, a consultant easily helped me pick out the model that I need and placed the order the next day, courier delivered on time to work as I requested and I can say that worked on five! The charger works fine!

Beautiful stand but it is not working correctly. The major problem is that I cannot connect my iPad to the rear port. I have tried several cables and none of them charge my iPad. I know these cables work because I have tried them elsewhere. I have contacted Moderno and I hope they offer a solution, otherwise I will have to return the stand.
Also, my Iphone Mag safe case barely clings to the stand. It is not an otter, just a normal mag case and it should be magnetized much better than it is.
Flea market quality, over price wallet/phone case. Have purchased others from Amazon for previous phones, lower cost, better quality.
