Yes! I've almost closed on my refinance to another company! Mr. Cooper is absolutely terrible.

NO, Can NOT share any success stories. Mr. Cooper Mortgage has over charged my account and misapplied funds, interest etc.
I've tried multiple times to resolve these issue's and it's been literally impossible for the Customer Service Rep's to correct and reimburse my money!

I don't think you will find one. Mr. Cooper is the worst. If you like being treated like trash go with mr. Cooper.
