My mortgage payment went missing, back in 2017, even though the check was cashed, and my bank (T D Bank) informed me that someone from inside Mr Cooper had stolen it and cashed it! Payment was recovered, and because I'd contacted John Crudele at the Sunday New York Post, who was about to write an article about my experience, they stopped all the late fees and reinstituted the 125 credit points they had taken from me. Thank God for John, but Mr C took no responsibility and when all was said and done, I received a snotty letter from a senior female executive!

They are the worst company that ever existed. Quickly refinance your mortgage elsewhere. I am. They conveniently lost my payment and damaged my credit as soon as I started the refinance process. Go figure.

Make public complaints. CFPB, BBB, Yelp, Twitter, Facebook. Everywhere. They need to be shamed out of business for treating people the way they do.

I don't know I hope karma is a real thing and they feel the same pain they cause their customers in one way or another

They're the worst company I've ever dealt with. Truly horrible customer service is rude and MISINFORMS you. They do not give a **** about their customer's convenience or happiness. They have your money. They don't have to.

Wow the same thing happen to me. I started calling refinance company's, rocket mortgage informed me I was missing payments from 2017. I pulled my bank statements and seen they took they $. Had to hire an attorney, foreclosure, bankruptcy.
