on 3/15/16After your original shipment, base on what u order, that is it for the products, had i known that i was paying $119 for only 1 shipment and being billed 39.95 for 3 months, it was explained to me that i would get 3 shipments for 3 payments of $39.99, now it was 1 shipment for $119 they fail to put it in that language, so be aware that you are getting only 1 shipment for $119.00 and if you get more it will be charged to your card
I'm not speaking for the company, I just started using this product and I ordered the 7 piece intro kit and paid for that in one payment. However, I was surprised to receive my next kit only three weeks later, so you're asking a really good question. The introductory kit aren't full size products and when you get your first kit you get a brochure to customize your kits going forward, pay attention to that because I didn't and didn't need a new mascara, lip "flush" or eyeliner so I either have to send them back or just take it because I didn't respond to what I wanted my future shipments to be like. It gives you the chance to choose from 3-8 products per shipment and the then they bill you in three monthly installments charges accordingly. When I received my next kit so soon I called and changed my shipping times to 12 weeks apart with only the liquid foundation, powder foundation and brow pencil. They break your payments into three monthly payments, so after the original introductory kit if I had paid attention and ordered what I really wanted instead of what they auto ship I would have paid $29.95 a month for three months. So it appears to be really customizable, but I haven't been involved that long. You can ask for delivery from every 4 weeks to every 20 weeks, you'll be billed in three monthly increments and based on the amount of products you want the charges will be from $29.98/mo for three months (for three products) to $54.95 (eight products) I don't know how it works if you need "X" amount of products monthly and you pay over three months. It would seem to me that you're always going to be paying double and I have to say a bit of buyer beware because I've only called them twice and both times I understood the billing/shipping process better than the agent. I think this is something one needs to keep on top of. You're smart to be asking/looking out for this in advance. I like the product, but so far the billing, shipping, customer service has me questioning...
