I'm trying to unsubscribe my service. I'm pretty unhappy that i wasn't reminded my package would be ending, and that I have to pay so much for forgetting to unsubscribe. In fact, I can't event find the unsubscribe option on the website. :(

Hi Pear,
I will be more than glad to assist you. You may cancel your subscription using any of the following options:
*over phone on the number: 855-213-0348, Monday - Friday 8 AM to 8 PM CST Saturday 8 AM to 5 PM CST Sunday 10 AM to 6PM CST
*by clicking chat button on our website
*from your account- go to settings>subscription>cancel (on the top right of your home page when you login)
