how long would it take from uploading a photo to actually receiving the neclace?
I my an order yesterday online and have not received an email confirmation. nickandmartha@comcast.net. However, my credit card was charged.
Do you accept PayPal? Why all the negative reviews? What is your refund policy?
I placed order #980061492 on 5/12 & still NO RESPONSE as to when it will ship. I need it for graduation tomorrow, VERY POOR customer service.
