How long does it take for goods to arrive. ordered on 8th april 2017 and to-date not heard anything. 26. june 2017

Ordered on April 8 and they cancelled the majority of the order on May 27 because they didn't actually have the shoes. They delivered the other item in a way wrong size and wanted me to pay for registered mail to China to return, after chargig me for item.

How long does it take to ship to yours adress it did not say on the site

They told me mine shipped on Dec 1st. When you track it, it shows that a shipping label was printed but it has not yet been shipped. Today is the 7th. It still shows it has not shipped. They say it has but they are lying. They also promise shipping will take 7-10 days but when I questioned my order they said since I picked free shipping it could take 20 or even 28 days shipping. Since it still has not shipped, and it took several days for them to process before they told me it shipped, then the shipping is more like 40 days. I'm not sure since I still do not have my order. But don't purchase for Christmas, you won't get it.
