Shipping took 8 weeks when we were told it would take 10/15 days I even paid extra to have order shipped quicker as that's what they tell you,. They tell you they have a European office as. Well so not.to worry. Aboit returning items yet when it comes.to this you need to return to China! They. Wont. Fully. Refund you then. As. They said they. Had to specially. Make your item for. You, it's a complete scam!

After probably 20 or so emails back and forth, it took over 24 days to arrive - 5 days before the wedding. The item was way too large and I asked to return it and their response was have it altered. Really, 5 days before a wedding - that would not happen! Once they get your money, they don't care. They only offer $30-40 refund on a $150 outfit. They are just hoping that I return it so they can make $110 off me and then turn around and sell it again to some other unsuspecting soul. I have never understood why people don't like to order from China, but now I get it and will be very careful where I order from.

BTW - check out their website company headquarter address - it changes every week or so ot a different country, but never China. What legitimate company does that?

More than 45 days. More like two months to receive the product. You have 3 days to contact them from the time you receive it. Problem is they won't respond in three days so your never contacting them time. Then if you do they won't refund you the full amount, not even half of what you paid, but more likely than not they won't even respond. Thats wh they don't use paypal.
