How stupid I am that I did not read the comments before. Just came back from Munich where I was expecting to get my two 1 Category tickets to UEFA Final Chelsea - Buyer Minich. The story was very similar to the most of the stories written here. I ordered the tickets, paid huge amount of money (4300 Euro), got confirmation, signed returned back to them and they promised to deliver it to my home address to Spain. I bought the flight tickets, booked the hotel and was expecting to get the tickets. I start worrying two days before flight they we did not get the tickets. It seems a bit strange how the answer and speak the phone. I felt some scam at that moment but did not pay attention to it. Question of trust. When we were going to Munich 18.05.2012 (one day before the match) from the 15th attempt we riches the tracking department by the phone and they told that we don't have to be worried and they will deliver the tickets to the hotel in Munich, but we have to sign a new form. From the airplane it was really hard to arrange it but we did what they asked and arrived to Munich. So, we did not get the tickets in the hotel, I was calling them more than 100 times, to different numbers, there were no answer, when two hours befor the match They pickup the phone. They told me that they have a problem with their partners and the order have to be cancelled. But don't worry we'll return all your money... But this is not the end of the story. We understood that we were deceived a and decided to go to the stadium and to try to find the tickets their. We were not lucky and we did not find the tickets but 30 minutes before kick off we got an email from accounting team of onlineticketexpress saying that we can collect our tickets in the box office in Alianz Arena. And if we will not pick it up they will not return money to us. We were 5 minutes away from the box office in that time and felt a bit of luck,... But when we came there there were no tickets to our name... This is the end of the story.
Please, anybody could give us the advice from your previous experience what to do now. Did anybody get money back? As I understand from all the comments there is no chance to get money back.

www.onlineticketexpress.com - NEVER EVER AGAIN!

I bought 2 football tickets for Atletico de Madrid vs. FC Barcelona
I paid 377.00 euro for seats "CATEGORY 1 in Away section with Barcelona Fans" (as per description on the website). I have got tickets in the worst section - CATEGORY 4 (NOT even away section which was next sector)! Price on the ticket was 60 euro NOT 188!

Tickets should be delivered 3-5 days before the event (as per email with confirmation) - finally they delivered the tickets 1 day before and nobody answered the phones!

When I asked to speak to a manager, customer service agent declined and said he had given me all the info I could use. He was unprofessional, unpleasant, terrible and completely useless! Unfortunately I didn't check reviews before I bought the tickets :(.

They are THIEVES and should be in prison!

I strongly recommend not to do business with this company, I got cheated like everybody else. I bought 1 Ticket for the UEFA-Champions League match FC Chelsea- Inter Milan, away section (with Inter Milan fans). Cost EUR 420,00. Few days before the match they write me that it is not possible to send the ticket to me in Germany, so I must pick-up the ticket near the Stamforde Bridge Stadium, actually called pick-up point. This pick-up point is an Hamburger stand! After have been waiting for 2 hours finally someone called Gary shows up and give one ticket for the East Upper Stand, Row 29! Value of the ticket = 60 EURO! I was furious but he said that there were not other tickets available, it was an awful seat but I will report this to my credit card company because I specificly paid for an expensive ticket and they gave me the cheapest ticket! So be aware coz u r going to be chated by them 100%, with guarantee!

In my case everyhing worked fine. Went to see Chelsea-Aston Villa last saturday. I recevived the tickets to my hotel the previous day as promised. The seats were in a very good location.

After reading all the comments at this site, I was a bit worried beforehand. My advice is that read the Terms and Conditions at their website very carefully. Nearly all the issues are explained there (prices, season tickets etc.) They are a black market ticket seller, and nothing is done in a normal manner. Bying from them is always a risk as they even tell in their conditions.

Prévu. PLus moyen d'avoir un interlocuteur par la suite; Nous avons regardé le match sur l'ecran de tv de
L'hotel. Dépenses estimeés à plus de 2500 pour rien.Un rêve brisé et une amertume insupportable
Je n'ai plus reussi à contacter qui que ce soit ou plutot une personne au numéro en France soi-disant
Qui ne parle pas un mot en francais et qui m'a remballé. HONTEUX
Je regrette de n'avoir pas pris plus de précautions et rechercé des forums et je suis décidé de multiplier les démarches pour poursuivre ces escrocs et contribuer à faire cesser leurs arnaques

Warning, we have been fraud by Onlineticketexpress. We are a trusted Swedish family and we ordered and paid for 4 tickets in February 2010 for “el classic” in Madrid April 11. Onlineticketexpress promised to deliver the tickets to our hotel in Madrid the day before the match. We didn’t receive the tickets that day and we called them and they promised to deliver the tickets the same day as the match before 5 pm, still no tickets. At 6.30 pm a closed envelope with our name and a code on it that indicated 4 tickets arrived to the hotel. When we opened the envelope there were just 2 tickets in the envelope. Two receptionists at our hotel saw when we opened the envelope so they gave us a written statement what that there were just two tickets in the envelope. We called Onlineticketexpress but no answer, and we e-mailed but no response. When we came back to Sweden we called them and they told us to e-mail our claim. We did including the witness from the hotel and our payment etc. We have not heard anything from them. Now we are planning to inform all Onlineticketexpress trusted partners, Mastercard, Visa, DHL etc. We will also go further with our claim. We warn all potential customers for this unreliable online company – don’t buy any tickets from Ticketonlineexpress.

Kerstin: Jag beklagar! Fick ni någon ersättning? Jag och min lillebror är i en liknande situation. Vi skulle gå på barcelona - real valladolid i söndags men biljetterna kom aldrig till hotellet, detta trots att min mamma samma dag ringde onlineticketexpress för att få bekräftat att biljetterna skulle komma och dem svarade att de skulle komma om 3 timmar.
När biljetterna inte kom ringde jag och skällde på dem och dom sa att jag skulle få pengarna, 160 euro, tillbaka.
Jag sa att jag vill ha kompensation för resan också men det svarade mannen i telefonen inte på.
Jag har ännu inte fått några pengar och inga svar på mina e-mail och överväger en polisanmälan. Hur gick det för er? Mvh Elina

Do not absolutely buy on the site " on-line express ticket "; it is a site of THIEVES; ON NO ACCOUNT you should go there; they stole heaps of persons as myself: (506 €) and they have never wanted to PAY OFF; they are THIEVES; connect NEVER on this bandits' site. Make this e-mail circulate without moderation in France and somewhere else.

Euroticketexchange. Com have carried out same scam on me for european cup fin tickets. Took my money and have been advising since weds tickets on way but cannot provide tracking number. Eventually friday they recalled delivery and then said I would get a better ticket and was being couried over. Never showed and they stopped being contactable from 10.30 in morning.
They are liars and criminals and not to be trusted.
