I ordered a rainbow quartz pendant on may 28, 2019. it is now june 13 & i am still waiting for it. how long does shipping take from new zealand ?

Answer:

I waited a very long time for my order to ship. If it was part of a promotion, it can take up to 40 days to process. I contacted customer service and they sorted it out for me.

Answer:

No scam for me. Shipping issue, though had prompt, apologetic response to email and prompt further shipment, receiving a beautiful item.

Yes. I used my paypal account to make a payment. They are a legitimate company and I did not experience anything negative from paying with this method.
