These types of company's should be prosecuted for taking people's money and never delivering the product. I was unable to contact anyone. I purchased an item 4 months ago and have yet to recieve anything. Only got a confirmation email that I paid but nothing to track my item. This is horrible. Then I looked into others reviews and this company only has a 2 star rating. I feel ripped off

I ordered a pair of tentacle earrings. After more than a months wait i wrote their customer service which took more than 10 days to answer that i should be patient although they could not track the package. On the website is proudly said that all orders are trackable. Finally i got my earring that sadly BROKE on the second time i tried to put them on... Don't waste your money or your time, it's really not worth it!

After 40 days waiting, my ring (only paid shipment, 6$ approx) arrived. I wore it for half and hour and it broke. Super super bad quality. I asked for a refund and they told me: we can send you the same ring again or give you a voucher. I chose the voucher and it was of 10$ but actually almost anything cost 10$ so... I would have to pay more again for something that I don't want and that I'm sure is of super bad quality. They don't care about my problem. They just stole me 6$ and now I have to choose between that or paying more to get another thing more expensive so maybe they will steal me more. Horrible.

I fell for a "free ring" promotion on Instagram. I only paid for the shipping, which was $6.99. The ring had originally been priced at close to $30.00, so I guess I thought the ring would be of decent quality. I waited the 40 days recommended by the seller -no ring. I inquired, and the ring had never been shipped. I was understanding, considering the current status of the world. Customer service was very accommodating and offered me either a gift card or to reship. I chose the reship option. I finally got the ring, almost 2 full months later, and the gem was not even attached to the ring. To make things worse, the ring itself feels like it is entirely made of plastic. The only place this ring should be sold is in a capsule from a quarter machine.

Opal and Peach is an unreliable company. Buyer beware. I ordered free items' and paid about $40 in shipping. Well after six months have passed and my items never arrived. They confirmed they never left the shipping facility. I contacted customer service to request a refund. They offered to replace my items or give me a generous' credit for their store. So they can lose my items again? No thanks. So far, my requests for a simple refund have been ignored. Subsequent emails have also been ignored and this has been going on for months. I recommend staying away from companies that are like this. Too good to be true. They have stolen from me. I just want my money back. They are thieves. I suggest not getting sucked in by temptation. Avoid at all costs.

Worst experience ever. I luckily ordered my free ring, which cost $8 shipping, 40 days before my anniversary so in the event that it came at the last second, it would still technically be on time because they said it would take at most 40 days. It has now been 48 days and the only information I was given from customer service was that there was a shipping issue and that they would reprocess my order. So now I guess I'm not getting the ring or my money back? If your'e reading this, make sure not to buy from them. And any review that says they have great customer service is most likely FAKE.

So after purchasing one of the Opal rings and getting the rainbow quartz necklace for free, I was skeptical seeing the few reviews for this site, but I thought why not give it a shot. I'm very happy that my experience was a good one. I received the items within about 3 weeks, and they are very pretty. Of course it is not high quality jewelry, but if you're on the site to begin with, you will know it is costume jewelry. The colors in my ring and necklace are really pretty. I really was shocked how quickly I received the items, considering they came from China, and a lot of other reviewers never received items or it took months. My only complaint was that the necklace was tangled into a ball, but after spending 5+ minutes on it, I got it untangled. They even left me a coupon code for 15% off a future order. Definitely think it is up to you to decide whether you want to take a risk, but I would definitely try ordering future items from them.

Worst company I have ever dealt with! Do not buy from them. It's been over 5 months since I ordered one little ring and they are so incompetent that I still haven't received it or a shipping number or a refund. I contacted them many times about it and they just kept apologizing and blaming it on things that made no sense. I'm going to have to take my lose on this one. Save your money save your time. They are a scam.

I got two vintage leaf rings from this website. They look delicate and elegant, and they are still looking good, after more than a year since getting them. I know it took a bit of a time for the package to arrive, but it is understandable due to the geographical distance.

I saw the advertisement for a free item on Facebook. I chose the fire opal ring, and also the energy stone /moon necklace. I ordered these items on May 8,2020 and paid $12.99 for shipping. I STILL have not received any products! I emailed the company after their "40 day shipping" allowance, and the returned my email to ask for confirmation of my address. I confirmed and have yet to hear another word from their "team". Now the site is offline and I doubt I will ever receive my products OR my refund. Worst company ever!

I ordered a pendant back in April and it's almost June and still have not received my merchandise. I have reached out to customer service via the online portal but no one has gotten back to me at all. I will NEVER be ordering again, and if you are reading this, I advise that you don't either.

I've ordered a free silver ring from this page and paid ~£7 for postage. I waited 2 months for the item to arrive and when I received it, there was a thumbsized hole on the plastic package and was no ring in it, just a business card... I emailed the customer service, they said, if I can't prove it with photo or video, they can't give me a refund. At this time I have already disposed the package and I think it's stupid, because if I would take a photo, they could still say I made the hole on it... I am very unsatisfied and I feel they call me a liar... Avoid order from this company!

Ordered 3 items 3/1/20 and now it is 4/20/20 and still nothing. They charged my card on 3/2 and I have reached out via their contact page on their site as well as on Facebook several times requesting shipment info and if it has even gone out and have not received one response. Beware you may get charged and never get items.

Sent money for an item months ago. After 30 days I emailed them for an update to which i had gotten an email back from them stating that the item would be there within 10 more days. I waited and after the time allotted I wrote again asking for another update. They responded that my item was never shipped out and they would like to credit me toward a different item. I refused the offer and asked for a refund. They eventually stopped responding all together. No items ever made it to my home. No refund. This company is out to steal from people with no remorse. Horrible people, horrible company

I ordered 2 rings from an Instagram post in June 2019. The cost was shipping only. After a month and a half, I contacted the company. I was told my order was not sent with tracking, and they would look into it. When they finally got back to me, I was informed that my shipment was stuck in a warehouse somewhere in Hong-Kong. They offered to reship the rings or I could order something "more expensive" from their website. I refused both offers and asked for a refund. After 5 months of emails to them demanding a refund with no response, I'm done. This company steals money, a few dollars at a time in hopes customers will just gooo away. It's a tactic. Don't get SCAMMED.

I have emailed them twice plus Instagram and no response. I paid my money where isy product. Don't 0rder from them.

Paid for shipping for "free" necklace back at the beginning of MAY. I've NEVER received a thing!... plus NO replies back on any of the several messages I've sent them regarding my so called "free" necklace. No I didn't pay an arm and a leg but I don't appreciate being SCAMMED no matter how small the amount of money is that I paid out. If you've ordered from Opal and Peach and you received your order... consider yourself (obviously from reviews) one of the very FEW lucky ones. DON'T waste your time or with these clowns.

Found out about the site via an ad - saw it on Facebook. The site seemed legit, and there was no hassle whatsoever, so of course I decided to roll with it.

You could order a free item, and only had to pay for shipping. I ordered the free rainbow pendant necklace (the order was confirmed July 12th). The 29th September I sent them an email, asking where the item is (as the email mentioned it'd take more than 40 days to arrive - and more than 40 days had passed). It is now the 7th September, and I haven't received an answer from them nor have I received a package.

Ordered a ring on the website may 10th and after the 40 day waiting period didn't receive it. Waited an additional week thinking COVID delayed it. After the week tried contacting them and received no reply. After another week tried contacting again and again no reply. Contacted them 2-4 more times and never heard back. Never got refunded or item and it's now July 21st

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered a necklace back in April and it never showed up, they kept telling me to wait longer wait a little longer keep waiting, finally I asked for my money back, and instead of giving me my money back they "allegedly" shipped out another of my item Aug 4th. It is now nearing october in 6 days and I still have not recieved this second shipment. I have asked them again to refund my money and I am not getting any response. This place is a scam they will take your money and if you ask for a refund for a legitimate reason you wont get it. They just take your money and blow you off. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THEM

I have waited over 3 months for my ring to be delivered. A month ago they 'reshipped' it and said I could expect to receive my ring within 25 days maximum. It has now exceeded this time and I am still waiting for my ring as well as a full refund for wasting my time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SITE!

Shortly after posting my initial review, I received a response from an Opal & Peach representative to the second support ticket I submitted, dated February 2nd. The response was polite, assuring me that they'd figure out what the issue was and get it sorted out ASAP, as well as asking me to reconfirm my mailing address.
I emailed them back quickly, confirming my address and thanking them.

Sadly, communication ended at that point, and no attempts had been made to reach me since that email. Since almost 3 weeks had passed at this point and I hadn't received any new information on the order or an explanation to what the initial issue could have been, I sent a second reply to the original email I received from them on 2/2, again confirming my email. In this second email, I also let them know that I just want a refund now, as I was not at all satisfied with the lack of customer service they provided and did not want to do business with their company any longer.

Surprise surprise, the customer service was quick to respond to my second email, and they were finally able to give me an update as to what had happened with my order. Since Opal & Peach does not actually have stock of the products they sell on hand, it's common that the items will instead be shipped to the customers from their overseas manufacturers, something make clear on their website and something I knew going into this sale. The person that emailed me let me know that due to this, the parcel I ordered got lost in one of their overseas shipping depots.

To my frustration, they ignored my prior request for a refund, and instead offered to either reship the item, which they said will take another few weeks, or give me a "generous" gift certificate to make another purchase from their store, both of which are confusing to me. Why would I want either options when I've already let you know I don't want to do business with your company ever again?

I had originally found out about this website through an instagram advertisement. The advertisement in question was showcasing an opal ring, with the ad boasting that you'd get the ring free, all you had to pay was shipping and handling.
Before making an order though, I looked around some to make sure the site and company looked genuine. After a little searching, the site itself looked rather legit and I didn't come across anything that would lead me to believe the website was a fishy company. Along with that, I also came across people on various social media, praising the company for products they received, with photos of the products included.
Due to this lack of red flags, I decided to order the ring, and I placed this order back in mid-september.
Ordering through their website was a total breeze. The site was easy to navigate and I had no trouble what-so-ever with placing my order. That aspect of this transaction was great!
At the time I ordered, I was made aware that these promo items would have an extended time before shipping, with the item expected in my hands 40 days after the order was placed. Since the company was upfront with this, I was understanding.
It's now been well over 60+ days since I placed my order, though, and I haven't heard anything back yet. No confirmation email, no emails about the shipping status, nothing. The only proof I have of this order if my bank statements, where it shows they pulled the money to cover the shipping and handling, which lets me know that they did in fact get my order.
I've also tried to contact the company 2 times between the January 1st and now, once by submitting support ticket and a second time through facebook messenger when my support ticket got deleted without any resolution.
In both of these situations, I did not receive any follow-up, which isn't really surprising when considering their failure to send out a confirmation email.

At the time I'm writing this, I have submitted a second support ticket in hopes of finding out anything about my order, whether it be a shipping date or how to get a refund, as well as an answer as to why my prior ticket got deleted. Should I hear back and get a resolution to these issues, I'll try to update my review to reflect the rest of our interaction.
For the moment though, I'd just avoid this site entirely.

Avoid this site entirely!
The hassle that comes from attempting to commicate with anyone from their customer service isn't worth getting a product at a cheaper cost.
Just pay the few extra dollars and go with a site you know you can trust, that is sure to follow through with it's orders, and actually has people that can communicate with their customers employed.
