I ordered something on 4/4/15. It is now 4/17/15 and the items I ordered are sitting somewhere in Texas. These were for birthday presents and I didn't know it would take an eternity for them to get here - to be fair, it was what I think is a fantastic deal money-wise. How do I find out when it's coming?

I wish that their products were worth the money, don't waste yours. You can't track anything and then once you finally receive it, it turns out to be very poor merchandise, I emailed them literally about 12 times regarding the poor quality and received back nothing.

Hi Becky,
I have yet to receive an item that I ordered on March 3rd. The jewelry I ordered from them came, but it looked nothing like the picture and it was cheap. I gave the necklace to my 6 year old granddaughter to play with. Good luck. I told them I'm NEVER ordering from them again.

I was happy with the merchandise I received but not with the gimmicks they use to make you believe you're getting a larger discount than you really are. I won't order again because I think they are deceptive. I did try to reach them and never could. I wish I'd read the reviews first. However one of the earrings I ordered turned out to be a favorite pair. I also ordered some items from Lu Lu Lemon and they were great and cheap. If they would just get rid of the deceptiveness they might be a good site... Remember, they are a portal for other companies. They don't have their own products.

Hi Becky, first of all I will NEVER order again through Open Sky. The deals may seem good, but it is just not worth the problems one experiences. Try contacting:

And I wish you luck. I had the worst experience with them before Christmas. I also contacted the company from whom the gift was purchased and they did not even have the decency to respond. Open Sky is 'BUYER BEWARE'

I don't remember if I had tracking when I ordered or not. Did you try logging in on the site and seeing if there is a status? Hope you get them and they actually work. Customer service is a joke with this company.

I have ordered several items in the past week. The ones I have received are either the wrong size or wrong address. I am handicapped & have spent many hours for gifts or myself. I have received 2 items as of today & both are wrong.
I have several more items coming but I either wanted different size or sent to different addresses. I can't reach anyone by phone & I do not have have return labels. I am so upset & don't no how to return these items & the ones that have not arrived to me yet. Some of them are coming to me & I wanted them to go to Maines. I am leaving for Florida in 2 weeks & DON'T HAVE A CLUE WHAT TO DO! PLEASE HELP ME. I will never order from you again if I end up getting stuck with my order & no response from your company! I am in tears at this point! Oh, and what about all the credit you said I had? Why am I being billed if I had so much credit? PLEASE HELP ME, I AM AT A LOSS! I do not have any return labels!

After posting negative information about not receiving items I finally received an answer back from the company. Open sky heard nothing back from the seller asking about my order so my order was cancelled.

You can call customer-service (see your order form for the CS number). After I called them (3-4 weeks after original order), the 3-week-old tracking number suddenly showed up as "received" by the PO & I got the item a few days later. Don't count on giving them as presents till you see the item. Mine was so cheap, I was ashamed to give it, so I returned it. They shipped it USPS 1st-class package (lightweight & cheap), but made me return it through UPS and said there'll be a $7.95 return-shipping fee.

I tried many times and could never find anyone. I would not order from this company. I don't think it is an actual company, it is people who sell their items on a website someone created so there is no one to contact.

Contacting the shop owner didn't apply in my case... when I did (as per instructions on the invoice included with the defective merchandise), I was told by the shop owner to "give it some time to work." Aside from being insulting, that was some pretty poor advice as it was BROKEN. When I contacted the shop owner a second time to advise them of that, I was basically told it's not their problem and that I had to contact Open Sky to "work it out." I realize that doesn't help Becky, but she may want to know for future reference (and I've seen several shop owners giving incorrect advice).

Well, after waiting for a working product or for a response, and finally logging on to my credit card company website to contest the charge, I received the following email response today. Sounds like they may be trying to help after all.

A full refund has been issued to your credit card, please allow 3 days for the funds to apply.
We reached out to the merchant multiple times, and were unable to receive an update.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.

I've ordered quite a bit from them, and really never had a problem.The one time I did, OS contacted the vendor, and it all got straightened out (received a substitute product which I didn't want). I love the site, so I'm surprised about all the negative comments~shipping is a bit slow, but it's what happens when you deal with thousands of vendors, and not a central warehouse. I might add, both OpenSky & the vendor, kept up frequent communication via email. Hope you get your items soon!

Please remember that Open Sky is not necessarily responsible for the above issues. I own two stores on Open Sky and it is my responsibility to provide great products and great customer service. You are able to email to the individual shop owners. If they don't take care of you, I am not sure that Open Sky offers an override on that.
