The whole process was easy. Cheap price quick shipping. My item a rather expensive portable ac unit arrived damaged. Spoke with customer service, and exchanged a few emails. The vendor requested photos of the damage and approved the return. I was refunded very quickly. Don't understand the bad reviews. My whole experience was a waste of time but the rectified the situation as soon as they were aware. I would buy from again.
Open Sky will happily take your money for a deposit, but they have trouble giving it back. I requested they close my account and refund my $3,000 deposit, they told me it could take up to 3 weeks to get this back to me (Uh why?) tomorrow it will be three weeks so I called just now for an update and "Anthony" tells me "it can take up to 4 to 8 weeks". I asked him why the other person told me three, and he said they may have used a different script. Steer clear of these SCAMMERS!

Made a purchase and two weeks later, went to check the order status since it was taking so long to arrive. It said it had been canceled even though I'd never canceled the order... and I was already charged for it. I reached out to *******@opensky.com, followed up a week later, and zero response. Never got my money back, either.
This place is probably just a "host" website where anyone can sell products. I found 2 motion activated LED lights in the "home" category that seem to be the same thing this evening. They are selling for $18.56 and $38.35. I bought this same motion activated LED light at one of the "Dollar" stores for either $5.95 or $6.95. There are no bargains here.
Best shop elsewhere! They are giving the web stores a bad "name". There are lots that are reputable!

I understand you are just a marketplace... and that your sellers have the right to set their own prices... But you are sending out sponsored ads that indicate "half off or more" or "up to 75% off".
Very misleading... I browsed your selection extensively, and found no great deals. So the 50 or 75% off only comes from someone jacking their suggested Retail price up and then selling it for less. Technically that's fraud.

I ordered a pair of ankle boots. They not only don't look like the picture they are so poorly made! No tag for size or material. Not stamp as shown in pictures. I will not order anything else from this site again!

Ended with two unplaced orders placed. One was cancelled. The second one arrived today. Husband says it looks like s night gown. I will give it the old college try before returning. Also price decreased significantly right after my non placed order. This is frustrating. I love on line shopping and other experiences with Open Sky have been positive.
Oh my gosh. Been buying from them a few years now. I always end-up kicking myself for falling for their bait-and-switch strategies. Customer service ("customer love") is so incompetent. Seems the business targets unsophisticated young shoppers with dad's credit card. Wax fruit.
Aqua Tunes Bluetooth Waterproof Sports Headphones bought these for $50.00 plus, they are defective. The charger is really frail. I wanted a refund or replace. Not I had to do that with in 14 days. The product should be warranted by manufacturers. NOT shopping at OPEN SKY anymore.

Starting last week, they started spamming my college email address that I haven't used in a year or two, which is set to forward to my normal email. Never heard of them. A quick look at their merchandise and its all cheap but overpriced Chinese knock offs.

The emails start with saying I have $150 credit, and then a $250 credit. Honestly, who's their email marketer? Hopefully, not too many people fell for this crap.

Ordered jewelry case Feb said it was shipped no movement on tracking number, now it is March 17 contacted Opensky again stock email back. Either reorder or refund my money. Can't talk to anyone directly!

This site falsely advertises "credit" in your account, has lousy return policy and customer service can't decipher your email requests. Run as fast as you can, away from the computer, and order online with a more reliable company. Their adverts lead you to believe inexpensive, wonderful products, but are not worthy. Wish I'd seen these reviews before I dropped a few hundred on various items that they won't refund me fully for. Minus shipping/handling that costs more than it did on the receiving side! Sucks.

Ordered something that didn't work. Most items are made in China of lowest quality ever! Also, have been waiting on another order with tracking # in my order status which doesn't even exist!

I ordered a product that turned out to be a complete piece of junk. Literally junk, it barely functions. This was marked as a final sale item. I thought that under the circumstances of it being completely faulty, opensky would understand and help me out. Nope. I'm still wading through "customer service" hell.
I am well aware at this point that companies sell their products through them. Guess what? So does Amazon! Amazon also stands behind EVERY company that sells through them and will step in to help you if you need ANY assistance. Not opensky. They just tell you to figure it out with the company and send you on your way. Awesome.
All I can do is keep trying to get my money back. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Go to Amazon where you're pretty much guaranteed not to get screwed over.

Clothing is very low quality, something you could buy for example at a store like "Roses" or Shopper's World... I just spent $40 on a supposed "french terry two pocket long top... it is super cheap looking!

One of the most tricky and dishonest online business. While they advertise fancy and beautiful stuff, they deceive you into buying through their shady, dodgy free credit. They promised to use your credit card for shipping only and later found out they charge so much for stuff I could get on Amazon or eBay cheaper. These people are dangerous and Consumer franchise board should close them down.

I placed 4 orders with open sky, and received 3 in time for xmas (12/10/15 order date), the 4th through Vista Shops stalled in Coppell, TX for 19 days. I am supposedly receiving these christmas gifts today, after the tree is down, and the guests have gone.
Customer service would not help until they had contacted vendor, and refused to cancel this order.

Bought canvas purse with pockets and zippers - compartments were just what I needed.
After using it less than 1 month, (and I had switched to another purse for about 10 days during this 30 day period), the lining ripped away from the fabric in one of the pockets. When I wrote to ask what they would do - got so sad, too bad you can't return after 14 days. CHEAP product and won't buy from them again.
