Opensky isn't worth it, but to answer your question--you should check if your email address is being used twice.
My advice is stay away from this site. I will never do business with them again. Their products are often cheap and ill described and the response to questions from their (non)customer service are slow to non-existent.

The best thing for you to do is forget about OpenSky! It's not worth the aggravation!
Ditto JP H. Just stop trying Susan and save yourself a lot of grief.
My guess is that you would have to remove the cookie that identifies your daughter... it keeps recognizing that and over riding your account.
