No it's not a scam. It took about 2 weeks to get my card. It's never once been declined. I just maxed it out and went $46 over my available credit limit. I was able to go over my available credit at a gas pump. I just made my very first payment for the full $546. Still waiting for it to process. See how it goes. But totally not a scam

Its not a scam, but I was leery too. I got the card for my daughters 18th birthday. Its been 4.5 months and she now has a 680 credit score. All the negative reviews are from people who are irresponsible and dont read. The only negative thing I have to say is that when you make a payment, the available balance and payments received dont update for a few days. Make sure you read through all the functions under your online account. Turn off paper statements so you dont get billed for one. Use the card sparingly and set up automatic bill payments. Have a checking account so you can pay your bill. Hope this helps.
