When I applied about a year ago, I waited a month and never received my card, so I called them to find out what was up.
I had been given a card # or account #, they ended up cancelling that number and creating/sending me the new one.

It arrived around 2 weeks after calling because of the original "issue", whatever that was.

I think the original arrived like 2 days after calling & I called back to make sure about activating the right one and only one and my score wouldn't get dinged out the gate closing the 1st, it was a mess, but has been great once that was sorted.

The site says 12 to 14 business days. I received my card within 2 weeks of applying.

I waited 3 weeks then called and cancelled it now i have to wait 5 to 6 weeks to get my money back they said
