Stay away from this company, don't let price lure you in! Bad quality and yes they want you pay shipping back for a return. They do not stand by their product! Probably the worst company i ever did business with.

After a lot of phone calls, I received the wrong umbrella for a replacement... then had to pay AGAIN to try to and get the one I ordered except they took forever so I did not get a replacement of the color I ordered

They promise warranty for life. They do not answer calls or emails..

I am seeing many reviews about broken parts on arrival. is this that common? i am glad they back the product and replace, but i am concerned about the quality if they break during shipment.
