I have bought a TV LG40lf6300@43098. They have mentioned 12% cashback on the site but have not provided the promocode. So i have tried applying other codes but in vain. I have moved forward and purchased the product and asked the customer care about the cash back. They said it will be updated in 7 days as i bought on EMI mode. Now after 7 days they came back and are telling me that i wont get the cash back as i have not applied the promo code. I have sent them the screen shots of the offer and screen shot where i could not apply the promo code but of no use. There is no response. Really frustating and awful!
