on 2/26/15I've ordered 3 times from them, my wife once, and a friend once. We all received our orders in about 15 or so days. One watch had an issue with the hour hand which they promptly replaced once I sent back the original. In my case the first time Citibank declined the payment - they called saying this had happened so I called Citibank to clear it and things went smoothly.
I made a purchase over $ 800, they called me in saving my thanks, and two days later they called me saying my card had been rejected, but it was not so and I saw the payment cleared my account... they are swindlers not buy from them..
They won't answer your request. They are only interested in getting your money. Once they have it, they don't care that anything is wrong & they will not return emails or calls.
How did you send back the watch that had an issue with the hour hand when they will not answer requests for their address?
