I have been corresponding via em with PW. I have told them in detail the issues I have with the watch (in writing,2x). No response on how to get it fixed. I was told it was Swiss watch and now I am told it is a is Japanese watch. They will NOT give me a mailing address to send additional info. What is the problem?
