Impossible unless you open a complaint on the Better Business Bureau
I can't get any response from customer service! I just want the item I ordered or a refund, no one will return my call or email
I have tried emailing, calling, and using the "live" chat 5+ times for 3 days now and have not gotten a single response. Their phone number takes you directly to an answering machine.
