If we send a letter and photos through Pigeon.my, how do we know if the inmate writes back or even receives my stuff?

It will show it was delivered but not if they actually get it. If they don't it gets sent back to you. Mine did. The only way I knew he got it was he called and told me.

I dont theres theres a feature for Pigeonly that confirms the inmate received your order other than the "Delivery" status.

Depending on the jail, the inmate you contacted will be given the envelope that Pigeonly sends. On the envelope it has your name and return address. I contacted Pigeonly and they said that they only put your name and return address on the envelope- nowhere inside with the photos (i. E, not on the sheet where you have the option to put a message if you send photos, also they said they do not provide an invoice/receipt inside the envelope either).

Basically, if the jail where your inmate is allows them to have the envelope with your name and return address info, they will know where to write and send you a letter back and they can confirm to you themselves. Im in a situation where the inmate I contacted, their specific jail dont give the envelope from third party vendors to inmates, so i really have no idea if the inmate I contacted received my photos lol
