How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Planterina.com?

I'd say no. They promise response in 2 business days - but I e experienced that to be a lie.

Impossible. They respond at their own pace or not ar all. I had to involve a third party to reach resolution.

I have had very good response with all problems with delivery, plant damage, etc.
At Planterina - using e-mail, they responded 24 hours, or even sooner sometimes.
I have been a very good customer - I don't know if that is a factor, or not.

I placed several orders, they well mostly ok. But the moment there was a problem (missing item) the company showed its real face. Terrible customer service, lack of response, essentially no regard for their customers at all. Especially that they were the ones who made a mistake and not packed an item I ordered! Seriously avoid this site, unless you're ok with loosing money just for the chance of getting a rare plant.

I haven't had a problem via email. They responded within 24 hours. I was asking a general question. I haven't had a problem with any of the orders I've placed, and I've placed well over a dozen orders in 2020.

Doesn't happen. You will NOT here from this owner! DO NOT give this business a dime! You will be terribly disappointed!
