NO OPTIONS. ITs who the state uses for the test. If I had a choice, it would be anyone else. PSI doesn't seem to be an honest company.

I've never had a worse customer service experience in my life. A week before my scheduled exam, when I booked it, I tested my computer, a PC from my job, to ensure it was compatible. It was. On the morning of my exam, I am unable to fully launch the exam because my work computer has a VPN that cannot be closed. I was told I'll have to reschedule. I explained if the computer didn't work then, what am I expected to do? I will have the same problem. I was told I should have known to use a personal computer (isn't that a PC?) but then implied it needs to be one I own, not my job. I don't have one that will work as it is quite old and doesn't have a webcam. She tells me I should have known to book in person then and was very rude about it. I was then told I'll have to repay the fee to take the exam and I won't be provided a refund. I asked to speak to a supervisor. After a long hold I was told none were available and they would call me. I'm still waiting for a call.

They were having technical difficulties at the time with given out voucher codes at checkout but called and then had to email them and within 12hrs had it resolved and I took my practice test the next day. Very happy with my experience!
Made a few phone calls and got pointed into the right direction and was instructed to email psi and I ended up getting an email back rather quickly and resolved the test voucher code issues relatively quickly!

PSI website has been anything but user friendly, I have not been able to do anything on this website without having to call customer support. Nothing is straight forward and I would never recommend this website to anyone.
I didn't choose PSI, the VTNE and AAVBS organization did.

I appreciate them having this available for me to study for my exam. I have ordered from other places, but seems to be a good option as well. We know that the questions can be some times very challenging. So with this material at my finger tips this should put me right where I need to be.

Taking the test and being checked in to take the test was a great overall experience.
In all the email I received prior to taking the test, I did get information about the address of the PSI center. Once I arrived at the building, I realized none of the emails I had received gave me the exact location(Floor or room number.) There was no one in the front lobby or anything posted as to where exactly the test was being offered. I had to ask people walking into elevator if they knew where PSI testing was taking place and that is how I found the testing center.
Would recommend inputting floor number and room number where test is taking place in building.

First choices were for 80 questions, then more questions and this one finally appeared. Might be better to categorize all products within each category or trade. Eg, Under construction, list all available packages instead of having users scroll through pages and pages of web pages.

PSI was not helpful in providing information for the experience the day of the exam. The test instructions refer us to PSI but the day-of-exam information given by customer services is non-specific to the actual test

Easy to navigate and get needed information on signing up for my practice test. Even clear suggestive guidelines on how to time myself and the way that it would be scored to help me gauge how I am doing or will do on my real exam. I appreciate this so much! So helpful! Time to (practice) test!
My board examiners partner with them for this experience to mirror what the real test would be like and the style of the questions. This will really help me gauge how the test will be like.

I have tested at a PSI center more than a couple times and i have had mostly good experiences, there have been times where staff is very distracting with coming in every 3-5 minutes to check on everyone and i understand it is necessary to make sure nobody is cheating but the constant door slam is distracting. I would prefer staff just stay in the room, but aside from that i have had great experiences with scheduling an exam, checking in and getting results.

Thank you, the practice tests were essential in my mastering the material. I like the way they are formatted so I could choose what topics to work on. I also gained a lot of knowledge from the feedback after each question and answer. I would highly recommend investing in this service.
PSI was my second round of pre-test studying. The questions were phrased differently, so I grew to anticipate what the questions were asking and how to respond.

Had computer issues was not able to access test. Called CS was not successful. Used another laptop was able to access test but had issue but the test monitor individual was able to help with my technical issue. Was able to complete my test.

I took the state exam for property and casualty insurance producer.
The process is clearly explained on the website and in the information available, I just followed the steps, scheduled my appointment, bought a package of exams to practice 1 week before and that helped me a lot to know what I would find on the day of the exam. It is definitely a tool that helped me understand the whole process and served as a guide to do it myself easily and quickly.
I'm new here, so I asked my friends for recommendations and that's why I chose PSI and I was very satisfied.

I received two separate emails stating that if I needed to reschedule my exam, I had to do so within 24 hours of my original exam date. Upon calling and trying to reschedule my exam date within that 24 hours, I was told that actually, it was 48 hours, and I was too late. This is unacceptable. For official information going out to test takers to be incorrect is abhorrent. When people have family emergencies with notice a full 24 hours before the exam and need to reschedule within that very manageable timeframe, just to be told they cannot, due to misinformation being given by PSI testing services, and are forced to keep or miss their exam date, that is poor administration. Not the fault of nor should it be the problem for the test takers to figure out on their own. Do better. I doubt I'm the only person you have done wrong by.

Gives you a feel for how the test looks and operates, that way when I take the test I'm not intimidated because I've seen it before. I also love how after it shows you all the questions you got right and wrong and explanations for them.
Best site to prepare you for the real thing, worth the money.

The Studyguide was helfpul and accurately predicted how I would score on my exam. Passed on the first try! I would suggest a few more pre-test options instead of only having three. I felt like I had to limit myself in taking them to see if I was ready for the actual test. I was a bit dissapointed that there wasn't a state-specific study guide as well, which would have been very helfpul for me.
I chose PSI because I was going to be taking my test at a PSI facility, and wanted my practice to be as close to what it would be like on test day, as possible.
