I was about to order some of your unique items, however, after reading the reviews, I am wondering what your side of the story is. What do you have to say about:
customer service staff - either being rude or not having the knowledge necessary to help each customer?
deliveries- going out of stock after already purchased the item and then having to wait for it to become available again, etc. No information available about awaited deliveries, seeming to be lost in transit, etc. and customer service is no help to these people. Is this true? For the cost of your merchandise, doesn't PyramidCollection want it to reach the customer with no problems? If so, it seems that an upgrade of your customer service, returns and exchanges, and any processes needed to make your company worthwhile.
Charging cards when item is shipped - do you offer tracking or do the customers have to call or email you and hope to get the correct information? That is quite a few customers having to contact you regarding their order, which seems to be a huge waste of time for all involved. Are you doing anything to save this business?
site- Is this site finalized? Or is it still being developed?
Thank you for taking the time to answer these. I really want to order some things, but not if it's a big ordeal full of problems. You have something wonderful in PyramidCollection, please make it better - rectify customer issues with pleasure, and get them their merchandise within a reasonable amount of time. And since you do charge so much for shipping, you owe the customer to get whatever they ordered to the customer's door, or why charge it?
