10 /30 / 20 returned over two hundred purchases. I took it out coat dress very thin. It was not what I wanted at all. Choker necklace pendant feel off. When I first put it on. I wrapped it right back up. Sent it right back. Today December 16 still no refund. I have never seen such bad service on a return. If you call lets give it one more week. Feeling so frustrated! They were never like this before.

I bought more than $500 a few days ago from Pyramid Collection, and I never received a confirmation email or text for the purchase. But they did charge me. I tried to track the order, but their website doesn't work (probably on purpose). I still haven't received anything. I'm going to have to call my bank to cancel the transaction, which is surely a scam. Be careful. It's not a serious company.

I never got the 20% discount they advertised on their Website. They claimed it was Free Shipping on orders over $120, my order was $199.00 they charged $19.99 to ship plus an extra $1.50 to process. I spent an HOUR on the phone to cancel or correct the issue they sent me to 4 customer service people then the phone hung up. I've sent 2 website customer service contact emails and only one response to a person who is not me and they said they do not give discounts. So DO NOT TRUST THEM. I can't believe they are getting away with this much fraud in clear site. Hopefully a lawyer will experience this and know what to do.
Unfortunately I had to give them one star because a 0 is available. I had ordered before without too much bad to say, however on Oct 11,2021 bought almost 300 in items. Still waiting. Customer service can't help, the website has been down for weeks. Yet they will take your orders and your money. The Website states they are located in the US, however none of the representatives speak English very well.
I will never buy from them again.
Bought 14.95$US item and was charged 75.47$CAD on my credit card, Customer service e-mailed me to say they were adding 35$US surcharge for Canadian shipping. It was a gift otherwise I would have returned item. Only buying from Amazon.ca from now on.
Ordered a hooded jacket dress Dec 5, received a sleeveless summer weight dress that is not even close to the item ordered. Received today, Feb 8,2022. I'll update if these incompetent people do not process my refund in a timely manner. I wish I had read the company's reviews first. Lesson learned for a nearly $100 disaster purchase.

Nap on Green Velvet Skirt is upside down! Thus, the skirt looks almost black and lacks sheen when on. If hold it upside down, the color and sheen are very lovely. But, cannot wear it upside down. Had this identical experience with another online company with a zipper front emerald green bathrobe. Very frustrating! The manufacturers must purchase cheaply the leftover pieces of Velvet from a company that makes quality Velvet clothing. Would like to find that company.

I bought 2 shirts from them. I am 5'5" and 120 lbs. for some reason their cloths are made for women with arms as skinny as a 10 year olds ( I am not buff at all) and boobs the size of a ddd breast implant.! Who would that fit?!?! Who has that combo?!?! Also one of the shirts was see through which it didn't announce on the site or look like on the site. Also they disable buyers comments on clothing so you have no feedback to go by. Very poor quality everything. And shipping and return shipping is so expensive that you will keep your item and not even be able to leave feedback! These people should be ashamed of themselves!
Fraudulent charge for their VIP service, which I never signed up for, appeared on my credit card. Their items are not well made, either. I ordered a pair of pants that after 4 hours of wear, and being too large, split along the crotch. Buyer beware
I recently purchased some products from "The Pyramid Collection". Not long after, I began getting daily spam marketing mail. I called several times requesting they stop, and each time they assured me it would, but it still hasn't.
To make matters worse, the unsubscribe link on their spam emails does NOT lead to an unsubscribe page.
I highly suggest that anyone ordering through this company use a temporary email account that can be disposed of later, otherwise you'll likely be in for an endless wave of spam.
I personally will not be shopping there again, and hope the spam ends soon!
Received the costumes I ordered quickly, and the product was quite nice. Then I checked my credit card... watch out, they'll sign you up for they're "VIP Club" and auto bill you. Working on getting the charges stopped, but not yet successful. Will revise rating if they fix this.
They refused to be paid with either my govt. Issued social security debit card, OR a Visa gift debit card. I had to call my daughter and have her buy it with her credit card.
Took a long time to receive.
Then, the article arrived with an OBVIOUS flaw; large showy red central accent bead had paint scraped off the middle of it.
Quality overall was lacking, and I could not get the packing wrinkles out, even with an iron---it is too delicate to iron on high...
Didn't even bother to send it back after I read the return policy; this company stinks.
This is an awful online store! Item's are always late or backed ordered. Trying to get something settle with these people is like trying to cross the Atlantic in a rubber raft! Stay away! Will never order from them again. I give them a big fat zero!
While it has been deeply frustrating dealing with issues from the Pyramid Collection, some of the things I've gotten from them are quite lovely. A big problem is inconsistent sizing. I ordered ruched velvet tights in M because small was not available and they just about fell off me. It took from February until the end of July to finally get the the right size (XS). Another pair of leggings (beautiful) in small are almost too tight. I have a velvet top in small and when I ordered a similarly styled top it was much too tight. A long sleeved black knit top with lace around the neck and yolk is awesome and I watch for sales so I can snag another. With careful shopping and persistence if anything goes wrong are your best tools dealing with this company.

Sizing is inconsistent and it is very hard to get returns. Be sure to ask for free shipping both ways for returns. They do make it easy, with return labels in every shipment but it doesn't work so well if you want an exchange. And I have no idea why they offer only a partial refund. My cost of one order was about $60 when you include tax and shipping; they refunded $43 and never explained why.

The VIP scam continues even though there are massive quantities of reviews about it. I just recently was charged the $14.95 for VIP status... So that means the company doesn't care that the scam is continuing, because they are still making money off of this scam. Otherwise they would've already put a system in place to correct the issue. That is really sad because I love their clothes! But I'll never buy again because I don't support companies that feed off their customers with a parasite mentality!
1) You never get the items you order. You'll die waiting
2) They do constantly tell you your information doesn't match
3) No matter what kind of payment you send them they will return it and tell you your credit is no good
4) If by some miracle they do send an item. Guaranteed it will be the wrong size and a much cheaper
version of what is shown in the catalogue
5) Customer service actually answered the phone but I believe it is a bot or something similar

Loved this magazine for over a decade. Will charge you for same item more than once, two months after purchased. Customer service are clueless. Love their products but ill never buy from them again. Recommended to friends but after this experience I instantly warned them against buying from them.
I am not sure what is going on with this company. Maybe they changed ownership but I have purchased many items years ago with no issues. This is why I trusted them not to read reviews. I have recently made a purchase 3 weeks ago and still waiting for my item. I have called several times just to get the run around and a whole lotta "I'm sorry's." They never even shipped and said they would the next day and that never happened. Then they told me I would get credit for shipping for my troubles. That never happened. They were supposed to send confirmation emails for refund and shipping. Still waiting! They said it shipped today, but I won't get a confirmation email for 24 hours? WTH? My patience is running thin. Buyer Beware!

I purchased a dress 2 months ago, it was on back order, so I knew it would take a while to receive, but I never got it. Contacted customer service via the website - no response. Called customer service, and they said it was never shipped due to a payment problem. I was never notified of this, in 2 whole months. Cancelled order. Now I have 8 days to scramble and find a new dress for a wedding I'm attending. Highly disappointed. Was my favorite catalog before this, will not shop with them again.
If they screw up your order there is no customer service, but if you want to place an order a human being picks up by the second ring. I waited for a half hour while hearing a looping distorted 5-second clip of marching music. But when I pressed 1 to place an order they picked up on the second ring 20 times in a row. I had planned on buying a few dresses and skirts, not now... Good Riddance!
Wish I had checked out Pyramid Collection's reputation before I placed my first order. It is June 2016 now and nothing has improved. Ordered two items, one for $20.00 the other $50.00 with $10.00 shipping (regular by USPS). Received order confirmation for both, but without letting me know until the package arrived, they did not ship the $50.00--"backorder cancelled" (what is that supposed to mean, it was never listed as being on backorder). And as one would expect from such a stellar company, they still charged me $10.00 shipping for the $20.00 item (a ring!), which I would have cancelled, given the opportunity.
You can give their customer service a piece of your mind, but only at the rate of 500 characters.
They have some really interesting looking, unique items, but I can't see myself taking another chance on them.
Ordered a dress for my nephews wedding as my sister has passed I'm now mother of the bride I've always wanted to order from them it looks beautiful well I ordered on Aug 30th today is September 12. I've called them on 4 separate occasions and all I've accomplished is getting a shipping label generated. They took my money quickly and then could care less. They have zero customer service it has taken numerous calls on numerous days talking to people in the Philippines to finally get someone "level 2" who said I'll keep checking the shipping. I can do that! All you did was create a label. I'm disgusted and brokenhearted Shame on you

They advertise free return if not satisfied. Then, when you return your item, they charge you shipping and other fees. I ordered a 60 dollar top. It was way too large so sent it back with their prepaid label. I received only 34 dollar credit! I was out 18.00.

I have ordered from them several times. I love the clothing and have gotten some really great pieces; coats, tops, skirts. Whoever runs the company need to do a re-haul of the online site. It will tell you something is in stock and then when you order - you will get a notice a few days later that it is out of stock. The hold will come off your credit card. THen, it will suddenly become available and there will be another hold on your credit card. When I call to find out when it is actually shopping the answer is always: "it's being processed in the warehouse". I don't think customer service is rude as others say but I don't think they know the answers. Also, if you check you order on line - system always say's they can 't find it. I am waiting for 3 items - I know I will get them but... usually it takes a few weeks and for the shipping they charge it should be only a few days!
I ordered two tops that did not fill well so I returned them. The quality of the clothing was fine, just not a good fit. I got the order quickly and I got my refund quickly. Customer Service could be a bit nicer but they were not rude. The reason I did not give 5 stars is because of their VIP thing - it is a bit deceiving and who shops enough to want to pay $14.95/month?!? I cancelled it right away (my point of contact w/ customer service) and so far so good. My other peeve with them is that you have to pay to return clothes. But, if you know your size and like the clothes I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from this company. They have some interesting clothes at a fair price.
