No QLink has their own cell service they do not pay other cell service companies or carriers. You can get the government funded $30 off if you qualify and that's going to end soon and pay that towards your AT&t but Q Link is a cell service itself it would not pay another carrier no. You could however unless you owe money on your current phone, you could see if yours is compatible rather than getting theirs. And you can Port your own phone number over but you need to talk to a real person to do all of that and not do it on the website.
