When dealing with customer service you'll be able to speak to somebody and if you have an existing old phone that no longer has service it's a possibility it's time to be compatible and you could continue using your service by simply contacting them giving him them the information required and it's a possibility your phone is eligible and you just might need a free SIM card which they will mail out to you and you'll be able to use the phone of your choice.
