on 12/17/18It's absolutely impossible! Stay away from this company. They have no live people to answer calls and do not respond to emails. I sent four regarding my order and they can send me advertisements all day long, but never responded to my emails about the order I placed.
Took them 2 days to respond to my email complaint. When I told them where they could take there pitiful discount code for another item they responded with in 10 minutes
I have called several times left my phone number twice for damaged goods and an error and have yet to receive a call back. Will not order from here again. This was my second bad experience. TERRIBLE SERVICE
Didn't respond to emails, posts on Facebook posts, or messages (Over 100 total). Didn't respond to messages left for company sales (only number I could find). When they finally did respond, it was right after I contacted my bank for fraud since they took the money and didn't deliver product. The response was rude and unprofessional. Blocked me on Facebook so I couldn't leave honest messages
I'm having a terrible time getting my dog collar as well. I ordered through Groupon with coupon back in December. Still no luck. But I have made contact through Facebook messenger with the company. Still got my fingers crossed. Try contacting through FB messenger.
Very difficult. They don't have a phone number listed.
