A few years ago I purchased 2 dog collars for my girl. They are of excellent quality, not cheap, great embroidery! They're machine washable & still looking great! My shipping & customer service were excellent! I've had many people at the dog park ask where I got my collars & I send them to Qualtry! I'm going to purchase another collar soon!
Waited 6 weeks for personalized dog collar. Less than 3 months later the buckle snapped in half. Luckily I was right by my dog when it happened or she would have been running loose. Groupon needs to ban this company after reading all the terrible reviews and faulty products.

Finally received refund on several items that were to be Christmas gifts for my associates at work which were ordered in November. There was a tracking # but no movement. I believe products were never made or shipped! When I tried to inquire by phone I learn they don't answer…. Too busy pretending to work on orders. When i email, they reply with a canned response thanking me for contacting them and they will return my email within 24 hours with answers. All lies. Many many emails and countless phone calls that never were answered. Btw the refund I received was minus $17.90 for shipping! Guess the pillowcase I got out of the 13 items ordered cost $17 to ship! Huge scam. DO NOT BUY FROM QUALTRY! They are Truly liars and thieves.

Calculator notebooks never came. Pillowcases were extremely poor quality and not usable. Total waste of money.
My 1st order got lost in delivery (I was told), so I agreed to reorder on a 3 day rush. Over 2 weeks later and the product is still not made - now we are looking at 2 months of not getting what I ordered, so I cancelled and am now waiting for a refund - let's see how long that takes.

I tried calling their customer service number, but that doesn't work. They charged me 49.92 for what was supposed to be a total of $13 with shipping. I can't complain to the company because they have no working number. Don't buy from them. Let my mistake be a warning to others. It's a rip off company. Never again!
Horrible experience that hasn't ended yet. Bought a voucher through Groupon that said they ship in 3-5 days... going on 5 weeks later it still hasn't even shipped. I have all the emails between the company who is as bad at customer service as they are at shipping on time.
Ordered 1 item on December and website clearly stated orders will ship with in 7-10 business days. I still have not received my order. No response to my latest email, can't find a phone number for them.
I purchased a Groupon and the redemption code did not work. I tried contacting Qualtry by every means possible. Live chat line, email, and telephone. No response to any of my inquiries. Are they even in business? If so, they won't be for long!
Made a $10 purchase thru groupon... but guess what? There's over $20+ in shipping fees... making it not nearly close to a "deal". Absolute waste. I expect my items soon with that sort of shipping charge. Although looking at reviews, I'll be lucky if i receive them at all! BUYER BEWARE.
Purchased voucher from groupon for personalized beanie. Received it in 6 weeks. Quality is poor. I contacted Qualtry twice with no response. They charged 8.95 for shipping, Groupon at least refunded their portion. It's sad because I like to support small businesses but I am sorry this business is terrible and should go out of business.
Purchased dog collar, clasp/fastener, pulls apart w/o depressing buckle/fastener. Our dog(9 mis old, newly adopted) escaped his tie out twice, found collar still attached to run, dog collarless & running free. Requested refund, never heard from them.

Purchased a Groupon for a personalized dog collar on 12/2/18 and paid $7.99 for shipping. By 1/9/19 I still had not received the item and the only way to contact the company is via email. No answer to any of my emails, but then lo and behold (waaay past when I needed it) I get an email saying my item has shipped! Just received yesterday and below is what I waited 1 1/2 months for. The stitching is uneven, threads are sticking out, and it looks like crap. There us no point in sending back now for a refund since they do not refund shipping charges. Wish I had read these reviews earlier. Do not give this company your money. Terrible customer service and shoddy workmanship.
It will take way longer than you are willing to wait to get your order even after paying as much for shipping as the product if not more. They sent 1 out of 4 boxes like part of my order will help and rest is still in production. Don't waste time or money. 5 orders in 2 years and same problem every time. Order somewhere else.
I placed an order through Groupon on May 30 for two personalized dog collars. I received a shipment email on June 17. Tracking shows that my package has been in Grapevine, Texas for a month. When I call the customer service line, they tell you to leave a message and your call will be returned in 24 hours. The other option you have is to hang up and call again later. Both of those methods have failed. I also started an online chat with a service representative with no response. At this point I have given up on either getting a refund or the product I ordered. Don't waste your money.
After waiting 4 weeks to get an order, I contacted them three times to find status. When they answered it was "we will keep monitoring for another week"
That doesn't really help a week before Christmas.
Will not order from them again.
Made a purchase of 4 personalized bottle openers. Today is 12/11 and still not able to track my order. A week ago after several hours of trying to get in touch with anyone, the guy told me my order had gotten lost in transit so they had to place a new one. Awful and very poor customer service. I know it's my fault for placing the order after reading reviews but thought Groupon was making it serious.
No items delivered that were ordered and paid for. No response to emails. Phone calls are conveniently dropped after being routed to the next available operator. Scam artists and thieves. This seems to be how Groupon and Qualtry works. I will not use either again.
Here is my stressful and frustrating experience with Qualtry.
I ordered Christmas gifts for family and friends on November 11th. I had spent hours personalizing everything. Based on estimated time given by Qualtry, which was 3 to 5 days, plus shipping time, my parcel should have been delivered by the end of November. Christmas has come and gone and still no sight of my shipment.
I have tried several times to contact Qualtry Customer service about this and have received no response. I eventually asked for refund, because these items are no use to me now. No one has responded to that too.

Placed an order 11/23/18 directly through QUALTRY. Was charged for it that same day. It is now 01/09/19 & I still don't have the product. I have now sent three e-mails & have received two automated responses. It's a real shame as I had ordered from them prior to all of this through Jane.com & didn't have any problems. What's more irritating are the e-mails I get from them daily about their "big sale". Just ship my product already!
I ordered two cutting boards on Aug. 27,2019. Money left my Paypal account. By mid September, no delivery. I started trying to get in touch with the company via email, got a response saying they would look into my claim. Nothing. I called and went through their automated, got no person at all. Paypal gave me a different number to call which advertised products but no person. Paypal is filing a complaint with the company for a refund. Buy locally. No customer service at all. JR.
Qualtry listed personalized sketch books on Groupon for around $5 each(great deal, right?) and on their website for $39.99. Well, well, well... guess what happened when I attempted to redeem 5 of those books purchased at $5 each? Are you ready? At checkout, Qualtry said "SOLD OUT". I opened up another browser and attempted to purchase again without the Groupon and would you believe that the "SOLD OUT" items became instantly available at $39.99. I'm still laughing because"why list it for a deal on Groupon IF it's going to be unavailable for purchase at that price?" Shaking my head! These merchants are a TRIP!
Placed an order for mugs in July. Came quickly but 9 out of 18 damaged. Sent pics as was told to do and was informed in the fall that they would replace them. Here it is December and still no mugs. Have ordered from here before with no problem but certainly will not order again. Cannot talk to anyone. No one answers the phone.
I ordered 5 sketch pads. Yes, the shipping to Canada is outrageous! Not expected to be that much. However, the sketch pads are not as described. First of all, the writing is so pale, my grand daughter wanted to color in her name. Also: there is no button and string closure which is shown and added in the description. Not at all pleased
I ordered 15 personalized collars for my goats (yes, goats). It was a groupon deal so I was disappointed that it wasn't such a great deal when I realized how much the total would be with the per piece shipping. $4 per collar + $6.95 to $7.95 shipping per collar. But, even at $10.95 ea they were an ok price so I went ahead with the order. After ordering I read a bunch of negative reviews and figured I had made a mistake. The collars arrived today in only 2 weeks (last ones I ordered from a different company took MONTHS). The embroidery was very well done and the quality of the collars is nice. I was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied with my order! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the high shipping cost. Thanks!
Bought gifts for a friend starting a new business. What i recieved was nothing like what is displayed on their page. The quality is sub par. Im still waiting for a second item which is scheduled to arrive this week but the excitement has died. Wish i had seen these reviews prior to ordering
