You can cancel your subscription at any time simply by logging into your account and selecting "Membership" from the Profile icon drop-down menu at the top right. You will see a blue "X" to the right of any active membership. Clicking on this X will cancel you membership and is effective immediately.
Alternatively, you can write to us at, customer-service@radaris.com, and a representative will assist you in your request. If you were already charged a subscription fee, please contact our customer service department and we will be happy to issue a refund for any unused membership.

I do not know. I tried to pay for 3 months' service but my bank would not process my payment and called this company Radiaris a "fraud alert." Good luck.
