Hi Ann, Ebates does not require any of your own personal information other than your mailing address or your PayPal email address, and thats only so that they can send you your rebate payments.

Answer:

If your Cash Back had not reached $5.01 by March 31st, 2015, your account would not have been issued a check yet. All of your cash back would have been pushed to the next scheduled date.
