ResumeGenius.com provides a full refund to customers who are still within their 14-day trial subscription term. Customers who wish to redeem a refund must contact customer service prior to the end of their trial subscription term either by calling customer support at (866) 215-9048, emailing support@resumegenius.com, or by using live chat via ResumeGenius.com.
All you need to do is tell them your credit card company agreed to file a fraud charge and they will immediately grant a refund. Also, you can tell them you're going to contact the better business bureau.
They charged me $39 were I have only enrolled for 14 days trial for $1.+. Since that day I am chasing them for the refund of my hard earn money on below email but didn't got any proper response. support@resumegenius.com I wish at least you get your money back.

1.95 for 14 day subscription. Then they want to charge you 39.95 monthly automatically and wont let you cancel it. Dont use resume genuis
