I paid $17.99 for fast shipping took over 30 days to receive. Then had to put the item together. RoseWholeSale is a joke. Customer Service sucks. XL clothing is the size a 10 kid would where. Don't waste your money.

You will get it on time but you will be so upset and dissapointed trust us you will be.
Dont trust this comp. I do order from Great Glam never had a problem however if you do its a company located in Florida and you will get an answer from them.
Dont waste your money and paypal wont stand by them either they are just a third party. It took me like 3 wks to get my refund from pay pal. So i was screw through both comp.

It is a huge gamble dealing with this company there is always a new complaint about it. Most of these companies located in foreign countries are a scam, I had found out they were trying to get in my pay pal to get private information. I would have nothing to do with any of them, they will not work with you at all.

Nope it took me almost a month to get two items i ordered. When i even paid for faster shipping. And when i received the shirt i ordered it wasnt the right color and size is not true i got xl for a friend and it was more like a small..

Don't waste your money. The clothes look nothing like the ones in the photographs. They are very cheaply made out of fabric that you would associate with fancy dress outfits. I was unable to contact customer service so have just taken it as a loss of money and thrown the clothes in the bin. They were not even good enough to take to a Charity shop.

There's hidden cost... you pay for the delivery fee then you pay again for another delivery fee when it gets to your country... an no the don't refund unless you pay for the item to be returned that will cost you more then the item it's self... they fight you tooth an nail an there number is a scam know one will answer the phone... so buyer beware scam... items suck there cheap an poorly made in a sweat shop..

Beware the sizes are no where near true American size. An xl is like a size 5 and very poorly made

If you think all these women are lying you're crazy! Every story here is true and has been repeated over and over and over and over. This company, along with several others but all the same, is one of the worst ripoffs in the world and they survive on the fact that they know, or rather think, the hassle you're going to go through to try and return an item isn't worth it so you give up. Save your money and your time and run away. There have been television exposes on these Chinese ripoff artists and why the government doesn't shut them down is mind blowing!

I have not received any refund for the two dresses I ordered several months ago. Actually, only one dress was shipped and I am still waiting for the other one. Be careful with the size, what it said in the web is not the actual size the dress is made. I agree that the web page makes the products look attractive and the price is much less expensive than the regular store. However, the amount you spend with this company will all be the same amount you waste. I rather make a donation than having this company scamming me for my hard earn money. I do not think I will get my product or my money back. Save yourself a headache and trouble you have to go through when doing business with this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. GOD is my witness of how much trouble I went through with this company and still not getting the product or my money back. Sad, isn't it?

Honestly, I wouldn't gamble with them. I am STILL trying to get back the tiny amount of money they said they would refund me. It has been over six months. The items I received had gaping holes in the seams. It took me three months to get a reply when I asked to return the items and six months after that, I am still waiting to see my refund.

Sometimes the pictures don't agree with the product you receive and the sizing is small, so if you are a small go medium, you will wait about 3 months at the longest. I have had money refunded but don't hold your breath. I will order from them again but prefer Boo Hoo or Aliexpress

Please same yourself not just time and money, but heartache and headaches. First the clothing and shoes will look nothing like the ones you see online. Also WHEN and IF the things you order finally arrives they will not be the correct sizes, the material will be cheap and the quality poor. They will look nothing like the articles you ordered. You also will have to wait indefinitely because it could be months before you get anything. Through Sitejabber a representative from Rose Wholesale finally contacted me promising to return my money.

I usually don't post reviews online, but I would like to answer your question because I don't want you to go through the same horrible experience as I did. I ordered a dress for $14 and paid around $5 for shipping. Waited 4 months but didn't receive the item. It is alot of hassle to get a hold of their customer service. When I was finally able to contact them, they told me that since you didn't buy shipping insurance, the package is lost. They told me that they can't refund me for shipping or the item cost. It took me 7 months emailing them back and forth. They told me that it is their company's policy that they will not refund more than $10.
Total scam. Please save yourself time. It is not worth even giving a try.

You're smart for checking reviews first. This site is full of lies and it's all pure shady work. Recommend you not risk your money and/or account online.

No you will not receive them and you may never get your money back. Use PayPal if you want to risk it at least you can get your money returned through them. I still to this day have not received a refund. Sites like rosegal, Sammy dress, etc they are all the same company don't be fooled. Ebay the items you wish you buy you can find them on there, usually cheaper and it is much more secure

I wish that my issue with them was "not receiving my order". Unfortunately, I did receive it and it's all a bunch of cheap ugly crap. When I put in a complaint they offered me to choices to rectify the situation. $50 towards my next purchase or to send it back at my expense. I replied that the $50 is out because I do NOT want anymore of their crappy stuff and that I will put everything back in the original bag and mark it "Return to Sender". I haven't heard back on my reply yet.

My advice... shop elsewhere! I eventually got my products... took months... and they weren't as described, way too small, and of poor quality. After A LOT of time wasted corresponding with them, I got my money back... but that's only after I said I would let appropriate authorities know. I don't know how they are still in business... if you read all the negative reviews about them... but I guess there are still many people that don't "do their homework" first... and I was one of them... but will certainly not be ever again!

Please don't order from them anything that is expensive after adding delivery and all other costs if you are ordering for the first time. I ordered stuff for $150 US and the stiching quality was so bad and so was the stuff. Even when I replied them about all this, they said please use another camera and kept on saying it every time even when I used a professional camera to click the pictures of the stuff I received as a proof. So in a nutshell the stuff, customer service and the delivery time, nothing is trustworthy. If you still want to try, my suggestion would be to buy something cheap in price only and also allow urself plenty of time to get it delivered.

How can RoseWholesale tell you anything honestly when they don't have an honest bone in their company's body? Why do you think it will be different for you? Why do you not trust all the horrible customer reviews? Why not just take out a fist full of cash from your wallet and light it on fire. The people on here are very active and caring, that's why they have taken time to write these horrible reviews --so that you can benefit from their bad experience. And you are still hoping for some other outcome?

I didn't realize this wholesaler is from China so it takes awhile to get items shipped here. I did eventually get my item but had to wait a few weeks. And it is in good condition. So I will give them a second chance. And it might be worth your while to try too if you like their clothes. Just realize it will probably take a few weeks to a month to get to you. Also you can find a lot of their items on eBay.

Wouldn't waste my money or time with this site. Nothing i ordered was correct, poor quality material, sizes too small & absolutely nothing was what i ordered. I also had to wait 9 weeks for arrival not when the invoice stated & good luck if trying for a refund or exchange. Not worth the drama.

I found the ordering process to be very sketchy and stopped my order before putting in any credit card info. They want you to pay for the postal insurance for their shipment. That's usually covered by the sender. I looked at the reviews at that point and found that most were so poor. I canceled the order completely

I would not buy: the pictures look cute, but they are deceptive, and the actual stuff you get looks like s-h-i-t: cheap taky materials, lousy finishes. Just bad. Not even good for a costume! Then, when you want to return it, it's a nightmare to post it to China! And it's not so much about the customer service itself being bad: they are actually kind and they respond. But it just doesn't work the way you would expect: they say they will refund your money and that does not always necessarily happen. In my case, they put it "because of a misunderstanding" in a place they call "my wallet", which is basically in their website where you can only use it to purchase more of their things. I asked for them to refund it "for real" and that was impossible despite the fact that initially they said they would do it. And finally now, for some reason my money is neither in my pocket nor available to me in that so called "my wallet". Thank God it was not a very high amount.

The short answer is: don't do it... save your time and money - the clothes are poorly made with cheap, unidentifiable materials, they are at least four or five or six sizes smaller than whatever size you order, they take forever, you may not receive what you paid for, and their customer service gives you lip service - if you can reach them... the overwhelmingly bad reviews are more than earned... consider yourself warned...

I was not happy as the clothes did not fit and were poor quality. I sent them back and now they have the clothes and my money.

The articles are very cute and cheap, but the service is very very very bad, you should try Wish, it has more variety and an excellent customer service.

I got my delivery BUT the sizes ARE NOT CORRECT. Ie size 14/16 are more like a 8/12 none of there sizes are right.

The only place you will hear from Rose customer service is on this website trying to look good so you send them money. The clothes are crap and NOTHING like the pictures. Trying to get a refund is a joke because return shipping to China is Your responsibility - even for manufacturer's defects - read the fine print! Rose NEVER pays return shipping, NO MATTER WHAT! So, if you want to donate money to someone in China, I suggest finding an orphanage, because if you send money to Rose, you are making a donation and getting nothing but headaches in return.

I ordered a dress that is not even the same one in the picture and when I tried returning it they absolutely wouldn't answer me. I still have the ugly dress and have nothing to do with it. Their customer service isn't real I don't think. Once you buy something from them your money is gone. So spend wisely.

It's honestly a risky decision, I simply wouldn't take the chance. I always told myself to NOT buy from these type of sites, but decided to since my boyfriend really wanted one of their hoodies.

Long story short, they changed my order -- added another $7.61 onto it to change the original jacket as it was back-ordered, so he had to choose a different one (that was ridiculous enough on it's own.) then I asked for a refund of my total $28.81, they refused.

I finally got my order, which started at Jan, 1st and recieved on Jan, 25th. The hoodie ended up being a kids size S, way TOO tight and small for my boyfriend.

Safe to say, just don't. If less people buy from these sites, the less they'll operate and rip people off of their money.

I'm unstatisfied and still have not been refunded my money.

The quality of products is very very poor and you will not get a refund if damaged or lost. I would never recommend buying from this site. I promise u will regret it if you do.

My experience with this company was not good! One thing they don't tell you is all item are shipped from different locations! I ordered a pair of boots and 2 really cute tops. The boots shipped from California so I received them in 2 or 3 weeks. The tops supposedly shipped 10/19/2015 I paid on 10/06/2015 when I tried to get a phone number for customer service the number I found was not a real number so I did the contact us on the site. After numerous emails and tickets opened they kept saying wait till 1/19/2016 well that's because most banks won't let you file a case after 30 days which h is the case with my bank although my bank did try to open a case for me its probably not gonna happen the company offered to give store credit but honestly I have 17 dollars in credit and when I put something for 3.49 in the cart they want my debit card number and another 24.00 for shipping I would not order from this company and I did put this post on here go warn other people really I paid almost 70.00 for a pair of boots that are cute but really the quality of them they are 10.00 boots at best. The leather is thin just not something I would have purchased if they were in a store and I was able to look at them! One thing my mom always told me is you get what you pay for... But in reality with this company you don't even get your whole order. And everything you do email them they want to start over like we are sorry what is the problem? It's frustrating!

I agree the online pictures are cute. That's what grabbed my attention. Unfortunately, the items you will receive will only be a small representation of what you saw online. The item will be extremely small and the quality will be deplorable. Forget help from customer service. I wish they cared about helping me as much as they pretend to on this website answering questions. I would suggest a big DO NOT DO IT!

It took 3 months to get my stuff. I ordered a x-large pants and they looked like they were for a five year old. They also had holes in the seams. No one ever returned my calls or emails in customer service

Hello K. H. I did infact receive all of what I order but it took close to a month before I received any of it. It's not the best quality with some things. I also read the reviews and order one size up on a few things and it helped. I am not disappointed nor excited about what I bought. You definitely get what you pay for...

Too be honest you want get it in a timely manner, I didn't but who's to say you just might, every situation is different... My experience was so terrible I will never in a life time order anything from them again... When I received my merchandise its was torn, I ordered a jumpsuit it was to die for, but the material was not at all what it looked like in the pictures... I needed that jumpsuit for an all white event, it was torn & ripped in the mid section I couldn't do anything with it, I was forced to go out and buy something else for that event... but yes you Will get refunded, whenever they send it to you... I did get one out of two dresses I ordered. My original gripe was with the 10 day postage I paid extra for and it had not arrived by the end of this time period. Then I got onto my account and they'd changed my order date from the 4th to the 12th Dec... when I had my paypal receipt from the 4th to proove it. When questioned I was told it was back ordered but I wasn't informed. I had to ask for this info. Then... after it finally arrived 6 weeks later. One dress. And I complained again I was told it is no longer available. I did eventually get a refund though. They put it into my store wallet until I really lost it at them and it went back into my paypal account. Sorry about the long winded response but I this is why I left such a horrible review!

Hey I thought the same but was I wrong. I wished I had read the reviews about this so called company. The product that they show in their website is nothing what you will recieve. Cheap is good for day old bread because you know what you are getting but please save your money from being spent on things you think are so cute and look elsewhere. Customer service is almost non existent. No phone service at all. How these idiot's are still allowed to do what they do is because they are located in china and you will pay an enormous shipping fee to pay for items you will never receive. Just be smart and look orher places to buy things. Buyer beware at this company. The only reason I got my stuff taken care of is because my brother is and attorney general and he took care of it for me. I was lucky to get my money back. But went thru pure hell to get it. Delivery is really slow even when you pay extra. Sizes run smaller than size quoted so order bigger.If you need to return it will take weeks to process

Don't do it. The clothing sits in containers at a Chinese port, mine had horrible mold. Get your cute clothing from Papaya or Charlotte Russe.

The quality of the clothes sucks. They aren't delivered in any sort of timely fashion. I waited over a month for my order because apparently it was on back order and no one thought to notify me of that. This company and so many others like these are pure scams. How they are in business continues to baffle me. They market their clothes as affordable and very fashionable which is a major draw but in the end not worth it.
I know at least 2 people who have had horrible experiences with this company.
