Get to the shops quickly. This company is a complete fraud. If you ever receive it i can guarantee the quality will be appalling. They tried to bribe me not to leave a poor review. They should be closed down. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Buy another quick. They are a waste of time and even if you do get it, there is no guarantee that it will fit as their sizes are extremely small. Listen to everyone. Even when you try for refund they will pretend they have no recollection of what item you have had!

Id head out to a store if I were you! Even if you recive the dress, It may not fit. Or the quality is not there... most of there close are not worthy of your speciel accation. Run to a store and get another! Do not count on getting the dress from this HORRIBLE company! Even if you do, it will be EXTREMELY small, will fall apart and STINK to high heaven!

You'll get it months from now. Like everyone said your taking a chance in size and quality. I eventually got my stuff. Of the four shirts nothing was as pictured and only one was wearable.

I eventually received a refund, but wouldn't touch thus rip off rag scam for anything! As others have said, go and choose a lovely well made dress for your special day, don't wait to have your dreams smashed.

I agree with all the other replies. You better go shopping. If by some miracle you did get it by your wedding, it would probably be 4 sizes smaller than what you thought you were ordering

I would head out shopping for a new dress today! This place is horrible and items are not what they show online AT ALL. And sizing is awful.

Oh sweetie I feel sorry for you. Their shipping takes quite a while and like everyone else is stating, their sizes are for petite (and I do mean petite!) women. I did receive my order but all clothing was extremely tiny.

I agree with most everyone here, this place is HORRIBLE! IF you ever get your item it will be such a huge disappointment that you'd not want to see your worse enemy wear that dress! Find a new dress fast! Good luck and congratulations on your wedding!

I have never received my order that I made in January. I've contacted them multiple times. They don't even respond to me anymore.

It took over 2 months for me to receive my items from them. It was all for my daughter's bday. Thought I would receive it when she came home from college to visit for her birthday. That didn't work. I had to go shopping at the last minute to make sure I had gifts for her. Two months later I received items and through away half of the stuff because of quality.

Still waiting for items I ordered in Sept 2014. They are supposed to be refunding 80% of what I paid. Haven't seen that either. Go get a dress.

I just ordered a starfish infinity bracelet for a penny with free shipping, and like my previous several orders, it only took about 2.5 weeks to get to me on Canada. I've only ordered jewellery from them, but it's always arrived, exactly like the pic and always on time. Good luck, I'd buy a back up dress just in case though!

You would be wise to move to plan B for that dress. This is a Chinese conglomerate. If you ever receive it, it will be barbie sized.

Hi Amy, as I said in my review I have been waiting for my 4 items since October 2015. They are impossible to deal with and so hard to contact. They have emailed on a few occasions saying they were refunding my money but I am still waiting. I would strongly suggest if you paid using pay pal that you open a dispute with them to at least try and get your money back. I would never use or recommend this dodgy company to ANYONE.

I am so very very for for your situation. As, mostly, everyone else. States this company is a TOTAL SCAM - they take your money upfront and then basically only send what you've ordered if they feel like it. Half of my order was 'out of stock' or 'discontinued' 5 WEEKS after I'd ordered and ONLY AFTER I'd HOUNDED them via their website to access customer service. (My first customer service rep, Hector, after daily - abet with the massive times delay - suddenly disappeared, never to return and when I submitted a brand new complaint I was assigned a new rep. It is USELESS to fight this company - I have reported them to the Attorney General of Massachusetts and even to the United States Attorney General's office - they cannot be makde to comply with ANY usual legal business practises because they are in CHINA.
FYI the quality of the clothing I did recieve was HORRIBLE and I'll bet doesn't meet ANY Fire safety standards! PLus the sizes are TRULY TINY. Most American females over 8 years old couldn't fit into this clothing.

Go shopping. You are going to need to buy a Wedding Dress Barbie (any style), some sewing pins and/or pushpins, a small amount of pig's blood, and a chicken foot. And while you are out you may as well pick up another wedding dress for yourself.

Write your questions to the customer service and track the order number, check the carrier.

It takes about 2 weeks for me to get my orders. Use the email option for customer service to inquire.
