The garments are nothing like the pictures display, poor quality and poor sizing

What's so confusing about the reviews? They all tell you NOT to purchase from them. If it's not their crappy customer service that turns you away, then it should be their sub-par quality. Everything about them is horrible. Heed my warning.

Find another site. I ordered 12 outfits several are total garbage! Seams unsewn, cut wrong, buttons missing, chunks hanging off and the Large size was too tight for a size 5 woman. Save your money.

Do not get fooled! Read and research about the holiday shopping scams. And read my review. It is a holiday shopping scheme! If u want to loose 400 then go for it. But if u value ur hard earned money then dont!

Not to beat a dead horse, but just don't do it. They try to appear like they have great customer service on this site, by responding to each negative claim with a heartfelt sounding apology for the misunderstanding and asking for your order number and to send them a message so they can fix it. This is all for appearances as I have sent them numerous messages they've chosen not to respond to, including the last one which was in response to my claim on this site. I didn't have as bad an experience as some in that at least my shoes actually arrived, but I promise you if you order something in your normal size it won't fit. And then they'll give you the go-around asking you to send them picture after picture to "prove" the sizing is wrong, which once you do they will promptly stop responding. Maybe it's worth risking 10, even 15 dollars, but 400? You will regret it.

If you notice, 99% of the answers were don't do it. Only one said she liked the order. That should give you the answer you need. I wouldn't do it. Not with an order that size. You won't be happy.

I would NOT order. Go to Go Jane or a similar website and buy your things. Better quality, sizing, and confidence that you will actually even receive the product.

If I were you I wouldn't waste my money I ordered a few items and they were really bad quality, tried to get my money back, no luck, raised it with PayPal. Rose wholes just kept firing questions back to me until the deadline was reached and PayPal closed the case. The items went in the bin unworn and they are so bad I wouldn't have even given them to charity. If you are unsure maybe order 1 item and see what it's like but please don't send them 400 dollars

I would highly recommend you spend your $400 somewhere else. This company false advertises. I only order two items and neither was what the picture showed. That's 100% failure in my opinion. And the time frame for delivery was ridiculous as well. Obviously, it's your decision and money. I can only earn you to stay away!

What you like are photos of clothing sold elsewhere. Whst you will get is cheap and unwearable knock offs - if you get anythomg at all. Don't be a fool.

If you are a smart lady keep your money and spend it elsewhere. The CRAP they sell is just that pure cheap CRAP. And if you do order good luck on getting it. All the reviews wrote about this place should say enough. Keep away from this rip off company.

If you have money to throw away and if you want to wait a month or more before you hear about your order, go right ahead. But remember you decided to give your money away. It took over two months before I received my order (only after I posted my comments on sitejabber). Then it was not the top I had ordered. This company is in China somewhere not NY.

You'd be better off putting the money under your mattress. At least you would have the money then. I ordered clothes from this company and of the 4 items I ordered I only received 1. The 1 I received was sent in a 9 x 7 inch package. This was an X large maxi dress. My 11 year old granddaughter tried it on and it almost fit her. Please don't waste your money on this company. There are many other companies that will send what you order and give great customer service when needed. You won't get any of this from rosewholesale.com.

Do not waist your money. I received very poor quality garments with broken zips and handbags that don't look anything like what is on their website. Stay away. I complained, I offered to return the goods and they will not provide me the return address. They promised some ridiculous
Percentage refund, I got nothing not a single penny. And a box full of junks I will never wear. Save your money and buy from reputable retailer who you can hold to account if they don't meet your expectations. I repeat save your money. Their customer service is shockingly not interested in resolving problems.

Hello Dorothy, to be honest I wouldn't you will be very lucky if u even get the items you order. And customer service well that's another joke. Trust me when I say save your money. I to liked the clothes but very cheaply made and trying to track and find anything out is a nightmare. Save yourself the headache...

I would highly recommend not spending $400 and start with one item just to get a feel for the company and your location. Start off with a small item and go from there. If your item doesn't ship on time, or doesn't look like what you ordered simply don't buy from there again. Please remember that your address details and purchasing a tracking number are mandatory and need to be correct before shipping or you're screwing yourself over. (That's from experience). Because it's the holidays a lot of orders have been delayed or out of stock so I would consider buying after this time is over. Also, consider expidited shipping, in my experience buying the most expensive shipping gets you better products, but it could be different for everyone else. I've had nothing but good a good experience with them. If you're persistent they do refund your R wallet of your order is lost in the mail or they refund you, your money within a week or a couple days. Patience is key here and most people here just simply don't have that. Cheers~

DON'T DO IT! I wish I had checked the reviews before I gave them my money. 90 percent of reviews on Rosewholesale.com are from unsatisfied customers who either received an item that looked absolutely nothing like the pictures or received nothing at all! I ordered a wig on March 14,2019. It is now April, 20. Never received it. The shipping time not including weekends has passed. I contacted rosewholesale.com by phone twice and by email twice. Their customer service despartment barely speaks English. The first time I spoke to customer service they told me my package was on it's way. The second time I spoke to a customer service representative he tried to tell me that they sent me an email responding to my complaint. Which is a lie. I never received a response from Rose wholesale.com. The second time I sent them an email informing them I had not received my order... I get a return message saying the email does not exist. They blocked me from emailing them. Please take heed to the negative reviews. These are scam artists. They will take your money.

Good luck getting your clothes! Do not order!

I finally got a shirt but it's no where near the quality and looks barely like the picture shown. I would suggest to not spend that much up front but instead maybe order one item and wait the two months to get it before you make such a large purchase! I feel you would be doing yourself a big favor to only order one thing first!

We canceled our order, idk about merchandise quality so I wont speak ill of it. We were disappointed that our order was still processing for a few weeks, I will say this much, Thank you Sitejabber. It was after making a review here and contacting the rose wholesale costumer rep from this site we were able to settle the issue and cancel our order. Can't say not to give em business just stay on top of what you do with whom,, now to a side issue, Trust, do not trust facebook ads even if the ad looks good and the link opens to even more good looking stuff you are better off trusting Amazon and the sellers there than you are on face book.

I was also hesitant after reading reviews. Decided to place a small order (shipping is free) to test the goods and service as the products are well priced and different from what I can get locally. First order went well, so have been placing regular, small orders without any problems at all. As long as you are prepared to allow for the shipping time. Not sure if this helps with your $400 order question, but may be worth a gamble on a smaller order.

Please do not attempt to make a purchase, especially with that amount! I'm sorry to inform you of this but things aren't as they seem. The garments are nothing like the pics and you won't see them for a very long time, and if you do ever get them, expect some type of damage.

If you get all of your product and it is like what you ordered you may very well be one of the hundred that happens to. If not you will join the other 99 percent of us trying to get our money back even though the product was returned to the address on the package it came in.

Please take some sound advise and don't order from these folks. It is not a reputable company being from the other side of the world. I would not order anything form them again. It took them 6 weeks to deliver one simple garment through the mail and they are cheap cheap cheap material. Please take your money and go to your nearest K-mart and you would get better quality. But if you should decide to go with them, at least you were forewarned. Please take advise from one fooled customer.

I would not order from them, the prices may be less but the quality is probably lesser than the price. You may not receive your order like myself, or by the sounds of others the wait time for delivery could be forever. They are very difficult to deal with, same broken English answers. Also, if you don't use pay pal you are throwing away your money. Apparently they make up rules regarding your order and you will not receive shipping costs when asking for a full refund. I have been waiting for my order for 2 months, several messages to their "customer service" dept.
Retro is good but shop somewhere else.

I can only reiterate what others have said. The pictures are not of their garments but of designer stuff they knock off. The stuff that arrived was dreadful and was not even fit for the rag bin and certainly not what I was expecting. Please don't do it.

The clothes are a little different, but everything i ever bought from them i did receive and i am satisfied enough... especially with that price... you have to make the clothes yours.

I finally received what I ordered after 2 months. No what it said it was. Supposedly a sweater however it is an extremely cheap rayon over jacket. Will never order again.

I did not expect top quality due to price. The jackets were only for costume so that did not matter. Where I was disappointed was in the ordering process. I ordered by small - 2X boxes as shown. No where at this point did the order process state that their sizes were about 3 to 4 sizes smaller than what we are use to in the U.S. so when I received the order and found that the 2XL would have had to be a 5XL or larger to fit me I was Dispointed. By the way for that article the did not even make a 5XL. The second part was that they would only return the purchase price, not the shiping plus they waned me to ship it back. A $65 order cost me $40 for something totally unusable. GRIZ

They r not real. This company is fake and is a scam.

I really wouldn't do it. In the end it's not worth it. Maybe try buying a couple of things before buying a lot at once to see if you like the products first.

Don't get me wrong, the clothes are beautiful, if it's your size, The sizes are way too off. The material is not all what the pictures look like, the quality sucks... but to each it's on, the shipping is not all that great... My outfit was torn when it arrived when I opened the package it was not a pretty site... I definitely would not purchase anything else with this company... Facts about it I was so disappointed, My anniversary is coming up and the outfit I purchase was to die for... But when I actually seen it in person it was devastating... Good luck dear...!

I received my order and was very pleased with all my items. I am not so sure about spending 400.00 to a company I have never ordered from so no I wouldn't recommend that. But start with smaller orders to see what your experience is with the company. I am very pleased with all my items. And I ordered 2 dresses for my grand daughters Christmas parties at school and they loved them and they looked exactly as pictured so cute. And the fit if measured like they suggest you do was the right size for them both ages 5 and 6 but my 6 year old is tall so I measured her first before going by the guide. And all of the items for me are quality material and came as I expected from an overseas company. Not as fast as walking into a store or a store online in our country but, not to bad considering how far it came from. I am pleased with this company and plan on ordering in the future. I wish you the best and hope you find the store that is right for that size order.

I still haven't gotten all of my stuff months later. They ignored, Pay Pals request as well. If you don't mine losing your money go for it. The stuff is crap quality, runs tiny and you may get a piece or two. That's the reality.

Personally For that amount of money I would not do it. I have been dealing with them over a return since end of October beginning of November. I have a credit card claim against them which gave me my return money and notified them. Well NOW they gave me an in store credit. I ordered a new vintage dress myself. Used my in store credit and they claim it's been shipped but it's been a good month and haven't received it yet. There clothes run very small. Always read the description on size under the article because their sizes are not consistent on all articles. Maybe try one article and see how it goes but not 400.00 unless you pay by credit card and you have a good one to fight for your money back. Hope this helps.

Don't waste your time or your money! I'm still waiting for my refund that i was supposed to get back in October/ November! And I didn't even receive the jacket I ordered. And the only way the respond to you is thru this site if there's a problem. And they never follow thru with anything they promise!

I ordered many items from them, not one would fit or be ok quality. My yellow jacket came with black mold and smell fungus, necklace came broken, an other one with rusted, dresses would be ok for Halloweens only, if would fit. Complete waste. Save your money!

I eventually got my boots and they’re fab.The products listed look great but it’s a pity the company is so unreliable. I ordered for two pairs of boots they never came and when I complained. They finally told me my shoes where out of stock and would have to wait for another three weeks don't order from them.

I ordered some dresses. Waited for 2 months - it never came. But i got a full refund 3 months after.

Don't do it. I ordered 2 outfits for Halloween. My daughter's skirt came 2 months after ordering despite my paying for expedited shipping. In fact, the company didn't even ship my order until I filed a complaint with the credit card company.
The sizes shipped weren't necessarily what was ordered and the ones that were did not fit correctly. The tops I ordered fit except the sleeves were easy too tight. My skinny daughter took my xl because her medium was really uncomfortable. I ordered xl pants and received 3xl. The quality left a lot to be desired, but you get what you pay for.
I will never order from them again.

By the Grace of God alone the jewelry the ordered when I made my complaint on here came two days after intact and still intact but yes it is not as good as Forever 21 etc. its basically a game Russian rootlet with this company.
