I just read some reviews about this, does it mean that i probably will not get what I ordered?

I finally received mine five weeks after ordering. The fabric was cheap and the sizes... well, I thought I ordered tight according to the size chart, and my few items fit my 11 year old daughter. So, yeah, disappointment. I'll never order from them or Jolly chic again.

Not only did I not get what I ordered when I tried to go back on to their site and login it tells me my email is no good. My email was certainly good enough for them to take my order and my money but now there is no way I can get back on their site. I am looking into legal action against the company.

If you actually get what you ordered, be prepared for poor quality fabric, cut, and construction. The sizing is WAY off on their garments. Not worth the trouble. Don't get lured by their enticing photos. HORRID COMPANY.

Julie I am not sure of your question. If I think this company will somehow turnaround like magic and deliver any of the promised items purchased? I doubt it. The photos just lure you. You buy them and get something that kind of looks like the picture. The picture being an a+ and your item being a d- in quality. And then if that's not bad enough, the sizing is that if a doll or very small girl. Not woman. Nor a size zero or 2 either. Smaller. About the best thing the company does do is not send the item at all. That way you never know how Crummy they really are!

I echo every other response to this question. If you do get your order, I hope you are very petite and the proportions of the garment fit. The sleeves on the jacket I ordered were a size 2, the body was a size 12. Poorly designed, poorly made and poor materials. Lesson learned!

Call your credit card company NOW and tell them you want it taken off your bill. Tell them you were scammed and that you don't want any charges put on your card by this company EVER! BLOCK THEM! You will probably never get your stuff, and if you do, it'll be a partial order and crap clothes that would fit a chihuahua.

Am I one of the only people happy with RoseGal/RoseWholesale? I have ordered from them on 5 different occasions, and each time I received my purchases (I am in Canada) within 2 - 3 weeks, with no problems. I know, you are thinking I must work for them. I don't. Perhaps I am lucky, I don't know. All I know is that I look at the measurements for EACH garment and order my honest size. Only once was a shirt a little big on me, but it worked out fine as I can layer a camisole under it. I have ordered clothing, 2 handbags, and a pair of shoes, and have not been disappointed by anything. But please remember, you are not going to get Chanel quality clothing at the prices RoseGal charges. Be reasonable and you will not be disappointed.

Only once have I purchased something that was of pathetic quality & did not fit even though I went by the sizing chart. I've order A LOT from this company & am very pleased with my purchases & customer service. You must order something with "Priority Dispatch" or you'll be 2 months or longer receiving your purchase. I learned that the hard way. I still have no problems with Rose Wholesale. Also, check the sizing chart as you'll need at least 2 sizes larger than what you normally wear.

I've received 97% of everything I've ordered. Some instances maybe as long g as 6 weeks later, but I've not had a problem with that. Jewelry is great, clothing

I have received everything i have ordered and i have ordered quite a bit. If you didn't select priority shipping or the fastest shipping you will have to wait at least a month or more... also the sizes are smaller so select the largest size unles you are petite... remember, items are coming from hongkong...

You will probably get it finally but you won't recognize it because it will look nothing like the pictures. It will be different material (super cheap) falling apart and about 6 sizes too small. Even if it did fit I am betting you would not be caught dead in it. I polish the furniture with mine. That is all it is good for.

I would advise you NOT to order anything from this site. You may be one of the very few who are lucky, but for the most part you will most likely feel very disappointed. I ordered on 9 August and have still not received my second dress.
Do yourself a favour, and go with what the majority of the reviews have written. Good luck.

I am STILL waiting on the last item I ordered. The quality of dresses is poor. I ordered all this in june. I won't order from them again ----but maybe others have a better experience.

I finally got my order this week after waiting since July. I guess it got held up in customs, ehich is confusing because it was just a dress. It wasn't very good quality either. Total disappointment. Good Luck.

Never. You'll be lucky if the only thing you do receive from them is a response! I filed legal action against them and ONLY THEN did I hear a peep from them. Call your credit card company and dispute the charges ASAP!

I've paid extra for the shipment. Not only did they delayed it. I've only received 3 pieces. Worse of all, I was mortified to see the items. Lousy, cheap material. Low quality piece of $#*! and the colors were faded. As for the 4th missing item, they did not refund me and took them forever just to reply that it was out of stock. Bunch of cheaters, these China pigs. Do not ever buy from them. Save your money.

If you receive it after waiting a month you might receive one and it was very poor quality and sized wrong and you may not get the rest and no refund. That is what happened with me.

After many orders stupidly done, by the way I am fed up with rosewholesale. They ship the order and it is always missing something. 2 shirts earrings. Canceled dress order. They did refund the dress. But they lie to you about when things are coming. "be patient give us 2 days to get you a tracking # and it has been 2 weeks. And still my order hasn't arrived and you cannot track your product all the way to your home just til it leaves China. I have written them and they say the products have been shipped. Some was even priorty shipping 7-10 days and still no package. Be careful about the sizes also as you have to pay shipping for a partial refund sell it to a friend if it is too small. Like I said i am getting fed up and asked for a partial refund on shipping due to having to wait so long and they owe me a bunch of money if the items do not arrive. Read the size in measurement and pray it fits. God bless america and pray for these other countries that rip you off. Christy smith

I have worked how they make their money. They charge you a huge amount for shipping, mine was $39 AUS. I have nearly been credited for my purchases but they wont give me a credit for the shipping, have confirmed it goes to another company. What a load of BS!

You will receive your order but it is a good chance it will take a really looong time. I received a part of my order after cca 20 days, for the rest it has been about 3 month and nothing yet.

I wasnt able to track mine to ensure i got it. I still havent recieved my outfit so im on my way to my financial institution to dispute the charge. Until i recieve my item orvthey credit back my full purchase amount

IF you get it you will NOT want it as it will look nothing like te pictures you ordered from and it will definitely NOT FIT! AND God luck getting any part of your money back!
