Did you open a ticket on the rosewholesal site? It does take a while to get your items especially if they were not priority dispatch items. I was worried about an item that took almost 2 months to get so I opened a ticket on their site and they responded in a couple of days. I have ordered from them several times and always get my items. Sometimes it does take a while.

Unfortunately you also have been caught up in this dishonest site. I got action-and all my money back after I said I would report the site to the relevant authorities-but was only offered a partial refund initially... which I fought. It took MANY emails... but I also think persistence is the key... I wasn't backing off or giving up. As others have said... I also wrote a review... which after refund, "they" asked me to remove... yeah right... no... I want to prevent others getting caught up in this scam! Oh, by the way, there seems to be other sites with different names all under the same umbrella... so beware..."if it sounds too good to be true..."! Good luck!

You won't hear from them unless you write a bad review include your order number in the review. Personally I would try to get your money back. Their products are crap. You don't get what you see in their pictures. The quality of material on the shirts, I finally got after I wrote a bad review and 3 months waiting for them, is crap! Get your money back if you can

Lodge a dispute with paypal its free and let them investigate before its to late to lodge one. Some companies scam this way. Once lodged u be surprised how fast it gets shipped to you, or money back

Contact them through the website rather than by email - their email is all automated - I don't think someone who can do anything sees it. I have had no trouble but apparently others have. There is also a place on the site to change your mailing address - you might want to do that, too.

Try Facebook, they seem to respond there but youay not get the answers your looking for. They are horride. It took me taking action through my bank before I got my refund in items that were cancelled before it was even shipped. Mind you this occurred in November and the matter wasn't settled until February... I hope this helps.

It takes about a month to arrive from China if that is where the order shipped from. One of my orders came from Germany as a back order. More than likely your order went to the address on PayPal. I quit using PayPal years ago because they have been hacked so many times. You should get a prepaid credit card if you don't or can't get a credit card. So far company has been good about responding to my emails through sitejabber. Make sure your email address is correct when you ordered. You could also re complain again through sitejabber making sure you use a good email address then wait for a reply. Also if you live close to the old address, ask the people if your package arrived and got sent back, if it did it will be up to another 30 days to return ship. Most packages will come by regular mail so you can also notify the post office to forward. Hope this helps.

They did the same to me. I sent them a bad review and some one got back to me the same day and my stuff was delivered within days.

Rose wholesale is total scam. I ordered a dress and never got it.

Appeal through Paypal. I can tell you for a fact Paypal has had a ton of complaints about these people. I think that is your only way to get your money back.

Put A complaint in through PayPal as well... this company is very shady!

You will most likely get your order eventually. I finally received my months later. Besides all that the clothing is crap! The sizes are for tiny women, I'm a small and what I ordered felt smaller than an extra small. Bottom line is don't order from this company at all

Yeah I ordered boots and 2 tops never got the tops the boots came but they are cheap. I emailed and emailed because any number you find isn't a real number. I don't think PayPal give buyer protection for the purchases for that company I hope for your sake I'm wrong! After posting on this site I got a refund to the wallet on thier site for 17 dollars my total price paid was almost 70 I even purchased insurance and tracking guess what they don't refund tracking or shipping. I would strongly sujest you don't order from them. Now I did go back to the site ( because my bank wouldn't do anything because I was dumb and listened to the website) my purchased was paid for 10/6/14 Jan 19/16 I called my bank well I waited too long what I did do was go back to the site and looked for stuff that was free shipping and made another purchase with the wallet on the site to this day I still have not received anything. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The second time I didn't purchase the insurance or tracking. If I get the second order I only got screwed out of 25 if not we'll the money was lost anyway. Rosewholesale and a few other companies are the same just using different names! I hope you get your stuff and yes overseas shipping can take about 30 days but don't wait till its to long to do anything. I will post if I get the second order but not holding my breath on it.

They won't reply. I had to threaten them via email that I contacted better business bureau. Then miraculously 3 months later my order arrived. It was terrible quality once received. Prepare to be disappointed.

It took about 5 weeks for my daughter to receive the dress I ordered from them. Then the dress was snug on her & I ordered it 2 sizes bigger

I ordered a swimsuit over a year ago and never received it. I tried to contact the company and never got a response. After googling and sound more research, I wasn't the only one this happened to. Yes, that's just normal. Say goodbye to your stuff, and look at the good side: thanks that it was not much money probably, and you can be sure that if you got the dresses you would probably be disappointed anyway. I'm never ordering from that company ever again!

Well it took some weeks to get item I ordered, but all went well. You should track your order on their site, there is a tracking number. But personaly I think its your mistake not updating your adress, that is important, when you place an order you should check what you do, now you have to open a ticket on their site and start comunication.

I can't believe this company is still around! I ordered back in August and I still haven't received an order or the refund for it! What I did receive was cheep and I'm not sure who their sizes fit but they wouldn't fit anyone I know! Horrible experience will never order from them again! Lesson learnt!

Lodge a dispute with Paypal, and never order from Rosewholesale again. It took about a month, but I managed to get a full refund from Paypal for my faulty order.

Make a claim with PayPal before it's too late. That's the only way that I got any resolution from them.
