Don't fret about receiving your order, you like I, made your biggest mistake by ordering from here. You will be highly disappointed when you finally receive the very sub par clothing which you'll never wear because the clothes are not at all what you see in the pictures, the best use for these clothes is as rags. So just learn your lesson like I did and don't order from these fly by night websites where there is no customer service. They just scam people that have not done the due diligence of reviewing customer reviews on the website, you see the 1000 plus customers on this website gave the company a one, I'm sure most would have given them a 0 or negative 5 if they could, big mistake already made, buying from this company

I can't believe you ordered something after 1000's of posts telling you they are scammers. You will probably never get your order and if you do it will be poor quality and won't fit. Then, no one will answer you so you can send it back and Ta Da you have been yet another victim.

When you get it. You will probably hate your items, nothing will fit and it will look cheap... but that was or first mistake ordering. Avoid trying to get trapped into returning. That is a dead end and a loop to hell... You are better off and taking the loss.

Never, you will Never receive the order. Hopefully you paid with PayPal. I got my money back from them.

Unfortunately, you may see it in a few months or you may not see it at all. Ive been dealing with these scam artists for a couple months now. I ordered 4 items only 2 showed up. The 2 I did receive were Awful! Not at all like the picture, material was super cheap, sewing was off by alot. Anyhow, they said they refund all of my money but to allow 30 days... its been 45 days and no refund in sight. Plus, the forum on their website that we were comunicating through, the one they agreed to a full refund, disappeared completely! They delete any history between you and them so take a picture of any communication for your records. I would suggest disputing the charges with your bank or credit card company. Good luck!

If you receive it all could take months! I miraculously received my order AFTER I posted bad reviews of the company. The quality was also really poor when it did arrive! Sizing was terrible too. It was cut really small and fell apart when I washed it basically. So if you could fight to not pay for your order I'd recommend going that route. I only paid $15 so wasn't worth fighting and great lesson in you get what you pay for! Good luck hope you do better than I did!

It takes a long time. Remember, this order originates in China. It is then sent via some obscure delivery company (No UPS or Fed-x). In their best attempt to not getting grabbed at customs they will ship it through another county; Denmark for example. There is no way to track it. If you don't have it after 6 weeks or so, go to their web-site and lodge a formal complaint. This also is a slow, laborious process but you can get them to send you another or possibly a refund. They may try to sucker you out of the shipping charges. Moral: slow and easy wins the race, and oh yeah... don't shop there again.

I'm so sorry you fell into their trap! They show beautiful clothing that is pure trash! A child with very poor eyesight would have sewed better than their sweatshops do. I did get my clothing. 1 shirt with strings that should have been cut were hanging off the shirt. The 2 dresses I bought are horrible. The seams are so crooked on one dress. The front of this dress does not lay flat. The second dress is so low cut it really looks like material is missing! I can't possibly wear. The size I ordered are correct! RoseWholesale is a SCAM! I didn't get my order in a timely fashion. When I did get it, there was NO CUSTOMS stamp on the package. Clothes came wadded up in a ball in a bag. I kept after them. Everyday! I did get a refund. However, I threatened them with BBB, Fair Trade and Customs. Luckily, I made my purchase via PayPal. However, I paid $47.19 and I received $20.06 back. I was grateful to get part of my money back. I DID not take pictures of their garbage clothing. I did not send them back. Parcel back to China would have been outrageous! I told them every step of the way that I was not doing any of their stall tactics to get my money back! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! YOU WILL HAVE NOTHING BUT FRAUD! So not worth the headache! And I see the review numbers went up. It was in the 1400's when I started with this SCAM, FRAUDULENT company. Even my husband looked at the clothing and simply said WOW. I'd rather walk around naked than wear their GARBAGE clothing. The terribly sad thing is I imagine children working for this place. Their products look as though children made it!

I ordered 4 items back in October 2014 which to date have NOT received & nor have I received the refund they were supposedly processing months ago. I have excepted that they have STOLEN. My money and the only advice I can give to people when they ask is to read all of the many bad reviews because they are all true & DONT EVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN!

I waited for over two months on an order that was suppose to be shipped within 3 days. Finally cancelled my order after being jacked around several times. They just kept giving me different answers and putting the shipping date out farther and farther. I say cancel your order now before it's too late. Make sure you tell them you want all your money back immediately! Good luck!

If you haven't received your order by now its probably never coming, I had this same problem and I fought with them for 4 months before i officially gave up, you should read reviews before you order from sites like that.

Very very slow, when u get it it wont fit. Order two of the same, in the same size and there will be a 5cm difference... in width haha i ordered medium and it must have been for a medium 10 year old...

I hope they show up! I did get my items about thirty days into the shipping process. And the products/dress I purchased were very nice. Rosewholesale says they are refunding my money and giving me a gift too. I have not seen either yet. It does take about 5 - 10 day for pay pal refunds. It has only been 3 days since they told me I would get a refund. I will not order from them again if they do not refund my money and give me the gift they promised. So I have not closed my ticket with them. I know Sammydress and Trendgal are part of the same company but I have had better luck with them. The first order I made with Trendgal has not come to me yet. However, it was ground shipping and the other orders I placed were standard shipping. I think ground/flat shipping it a real problem for the customers and these sister companies. I think it gets lost easily, but they need to give the customers detailed instructions on how to collect insurance and tacking. Not just go to the post office. I have not research this problem yet. I am going to do it this week and post again how customer can get insurance money and tack ground/flat shipping. I should not be the one doing it though they need to! My suggestion to anyone purchasing products from these companies is not to use ground/flat shipping, insure your items, and purchase tracking. Look closely at the product sizing and if you do not see that product sizing ask questions. DO NOT go by I wear a us large so I will purchase an extra large. Look at the cm or inches for that dress or product. I sew clothes for everyone in my family and even the patterns are not a standard size anymore. I have to look at the inches or cm. I had a hole in one and was offered £1.00 refund! It took longer to get the refund than the actual goods.

It took me approx 27 days with out tracking.

I received all if mine with standard shipping in less than 2 weeks. I just ordered more things today, paid for faster shipping since it was only a couple bucks. I hope you will like what you get. I was very happy with my first experience. I recently bought something from a similar site called dealman and it wad such low quality that I will never buy from them again. Went back to rose wholesale and got more stuff. Their prices are great and they stuff I've ordered had been exactly what they promised
