Hi Pamela... good luck. Sammy dress and their affiliates - rosewholesale.com etc etc are a scam outfit. I never order from China now. They will tell you not in stock after you've paid for the items - give no refund, and no further communication. Just had to cut my losses and warn others. Hope this helps.

SammyDress is notorious for incomplete or undelivered orders. The worst thing, is that they really don't think they owe the customer a refund if an order is incomplete or lost in shipping. You can create a "ticket" with their customer service, but that is truly an excercise in futility. They have no problem stringing you along with promises of getting you your missing items, or a refund, but they won't do either. Their idea of helping their customers ended when they took your money! They will flood review sites with bogus reviews of quality goods, fast shipping, and great customer service, but they aren't true. I battled with them for 5 months over a refund of 17.00, and never got further than empty promises of a refund until I started posting negative reviews and opened a claim with PAYPAL. Then they were very interested in solving my problem in exchange for dropping my claim and writing a new review praising their customer service, which I refused to do until the refund showed up in my acct. Despite a dozen promises of a pending refund, they never did send one, but I was able to obtain one from PAYPAL. My advise would be don't ever shop SammyDress, but if you still decide to, use PAYPAL, it will be your only chance of getting your money back should something go wrong. Check their reviews, ignoring all those glowing 5 star reviews the company posted and you will see thousands of unhappy customers. Being offered 20.00 store credit for a 100.00 order they assume no responsibility for being lost in transit is not a solution to anyone's problem. Neither is requiring a dissatisfied customer to pay shipping costs to and from china for refunds or returns, knowing the shipping costs will cost more than the products did, This company is content to rip-off each of their millions of one time customers, and when sales drop at that site, they open a new one and go after more suckers that don't realize that all these sites are part of the same company.

Good luck with that! They stole $123.61from me. I have learned my lesson. Never order anything from China, they like stealing people money. Don't waste your time emailing them, cuz all you ever get is, "Sorry for the inconvenience and we will solve the issue, and what is your order number? SCAM!

Their delivery sucks... plain and simple. Sometimes items you order that you THINK are available are not. Eventhough the website says they are! They'll send the items that are available... weeks/months later. But forget about items that aren't. The quality is not the best but cute if ur on the smaller size. I had to constantly complain on their website as well as give bad reviews on others. I placed an order in November and my order wasn't complete until February. Order at your own risk.

They so misleading, its always your order is on the way it should reach you in 7-10 days and a month pass no order. When you ask them for your refund is a different story all together, they keep asking you for the same information that was already sent. These sites are really frustrating...

Yea they were more than likely back ordered... I hadn't gotten sum either... But they finally gave me my money after I have a terrible review

I'm sure you'll get your items. My most recent order was broken apart too because a couple of the items I ordered were not in stock and instead of waiting for the entire order to be ready, they went ahead and shipped what they had as well as an email indicating what the issue was. So I received my first shipment about 3 weeks after I placed my order and a total of about 8 weeks for completion. Fortunately, I seen many of comments regarding the lengthy wait for orders, so I was pretty excited to get the first part in "only" three weeks.

We ordered a wig for my daughter and it never came. Finally, after over a month passed (Dec. 15) I called and they said that this item was no longer being sold. I asked for our money back, guess what? Only in our dreams.

It has been 9 months now and I still have not received my shirt and I probably won't and when I call them ask them about them or send messages I get nowhere what a rip-off company thank God it was less than 20 bucks.

I feel bad for you. More than likely you will never see the rest of your order. Im surprised you even received half of it. This is a scam artist group in China. Its a shame they keep getting away with this crap. Good luck.

My experience would suggest that any attempt to get SD to respond appropriately is futile. Ultimately your only effective recourse for non delivery is through your payment company/credit card. Paypal refunded in my case, UK credit cards would probably do likewise.

Again good luck, I had problems as described and eventually received a wrong size product. I only ordered one item at £25 so not much to loose. I will never order from them again, emails did absolutely nothing. Taking a case out via PayPal did result in the delivery of the undersized top! Never again.

I am unable to tell you where your parcels are as I just a customer like you but when I order my stuff I always get a tracking number so that I can track the progress of my parcel and know exactly where it got lost. Well so far I haven't had any problems with delivery and usually leaves China within two weeks the longest it does take is at customs for clearance.

Actually the only way that I was ever able to have contact with this company was after I complained about their $#*! products and bad shipping times. Good luck. Everyone seems to always have a bad experience with this site. I'm never using it again.

I have to tell you I have received everything I have ordered. I even had an order lost, I reported it and they got a new order shipped right out! It does take a WICKED long time for it to arrive, but I have truly gotten everything. Now the quality isn't perfect, it is a lot of time like seconds... BUT I love a sweatshirt I ordered from there! Just make sure you order a bigger size because they all run small even the shoes.

It happened to me several times. They work with numbers of different merchants and don't mail out each item in your order the same time. They send you an email about which items were included in the package and under that list they also list the items that were not included. That means that those will be shipped out later separately. I always received everything that I ordered. For a few things I waited a long time such as 6-8 weeks. In average I received most of my orders in 2-4 weeks. Even if I have to wait longer for some stuff, I don't panic. I put through 18 orders with Sammydress and I received each item. Honestly. I never contacted costumer service but if you have serious concerns I encourage you to do that. Like I've said: few items can take a long time to arrive, but so far I've received everything. I hope that you will have the same experience.

Pamela, just keep emailing them and complaining about your order. Or leave a bad review on this site, that's what I did. And I got a response from them and they sent me the rest of my items. They even sent me pictures of my stuff packaged up before it shipped. Keep on them.

The thing I learned from dealing with these scam artists was that you truly do get what you pay for. An aboslute f*cking joke of a company that is making millions off those of us that allow them to. Though I did get my refund eventually from PayPal. I'm not sure why PayPal doesn't just drop them.

You will most likely NEVER receive the rest of your order. This"company" is a total scam. Buy American is becoming more and more true to form.

Be happy you got any at all! This place is a scam. I got mine finally after about 5 months, don't order from them again. I make sure not to order anything from China anymore

Request refund for the other two items

I was fortunate enough to cancel my order before it shipped out. From my understanding not everyone has had that chance. I was very surprised that my refund came back as quickly as it did. I didn't ask questions I demanded a refund. I will NEVER order from this site again and I advise all others to stay away! Do not waste you're valuable time or money!

Consider yourself lucky. I got out of 14 itrems 6 so triied to call them for a week finaly got someone told them to stop the rest of the order. The cloths i did get where to small had to give the cloths to my friend for her 8 year old. Tried to get my money back but couldn't because had no way to return them spent 168.00 lost 68 dollors and really all of it because my friend had no money. I would never buy from them ever again. They are a scam! My credit card would not give me my money back. So cancelled that too

FIVE months ago, I ordered two items. First of all, they use pictures from other manufacturers and claim them as their own. So when the items arrived, they were anything but what I ordered... the absolute worse. I tried to reach them by phone for days, and as we all know, that doesn't work. I then filed a complaint and received a ticket number from them. Big deal. Knowing the time frame was on their side, I filed a dispute with PayPal. Sammy Dress offered a 3.25 refund to close the case with I refused. PayPal refunded my money. I have been doing reviews like this since. My famous words are RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN from this company and don't give them your money. Now, in the past week, I have received 3 emails from them saying they are going to refund my money if I would just delete me review. I said, sure, once you really refund my money, I will do a new review. I know it will never happen. SO, hopefully you paid via Paypal or a credit card so you can notify your card company. At some point, I doubt even PayPal will allow their services to be used with this company.

They may never come. I placed an order. Dec 6 of 2015... and i placed an order over 100.00 and my shipping was over 20.00. I recieved half my order and not the rest. They wanted to pay me for shipping only. Then told me the other half of my order was shipped needless to say 4 months later still nothing... then they tried to offer me only my shipping money... The only thing i can say is take it as a loss. Never order from this site again. THEY ARE THE WORST AT EVERYTHING!

I'm sorry to hear so many unfortunate experiences. I guess I was just the lucky one out of many. I have ordered from them numerous times. My packages all came within a week and were delivered to me UPS. One order had two items missing. I submitted a ticket and was told the items were out of stock. They requested I pick two additional items. I did and they were shipped out and I received those within a week via UPS. You will definitely have to communicate via creating a ticket under the site. The rep also mentioned that items that say 5 or 7 day shipping comes from other warehouse. Stick to the 3 day shipping items! Hope this helps.

They use fake advertising, send you garbage clothes and say oh ok you no like send it back for full refund... only it costs you more than double to ship the garbage back to them. Oh you have problem? I eventually got my 3rd item... ALL 3 TOO SMALL! I returned them and they didn't want to give me a refund. I took it up with my credit card company and they got a refund from them eventually! GOOD LUCK! DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM...

My item was in stock so because it wouldn't be available for a month they asked me and I chose that they send it to me and not the refund.My item arrived a month late but that it's to be expected and they were very helpful. I suggest you fill the form and tell them your problem.

I have been back and forth with this company on my refund. It's amazing how quickly they will take your money. I ordered 2 wigs thinking what a great deal. I have ordered wigs on line from other companies before and never had an issue. If I did not like it, I immediately returned them and was refunded. This company makes you think they are based in Cal when in reality, they are in China. No answer on telephone, continuous apology letters and forms that are impossible to email. The wigs I ordered were of such poor quality and looked like they were made by kindergarten children for a class project. Very frustrating! Lesson learned... buy USA!

I know how frustrating it is when you order but when you order from sammy dress it can take a while once I ordered from them and saw how long it took I deleted them and download home and also nastydress.Com and check out top hatter. You will be surprised at all the items they have and you get stuff so much quicker and they let you know about your orders so if I were you contact the seller at Sammy dress and see if you get a response but until you get your other items don't delete, but go ahead and check out the other 2 and you will be very happy and satisfied I promise hope this helps you

I ordered 6 items from this crap website and they literally stole my money! I got none of my items and when I asked for a refund all of a sudden I couldn't reach any of them!

I believe that you will receive your other two items, it may take some time, but this is a real company and you will receive your items. I had a bad experience with them as well. They do try to make it right, it just takes time. We can all see that they have great prices and the fashion looks good, you just need to wait for it.

This also happened to me. I did get the entire order, but it took along time. They ship their orders by boat. The shipping and handling is very high.

Only thing I can say is to keep hounding them that you want the balance of your order. They had told me my order had shipped and it was sitting in the airport in China for 6days before I got an update. Was then told a week ago it's in Miami. I'm in central Florida and I still don't have my order. Was also promised they would give me a total refund of my purchase but would take 30 days. Didn't take them 30 days to take the money out of my account. They took the money out before the items even supposedly shipped.
I'm keeping track of all correspondence with them and I don't hold back in telling them they are a fraudulent company and are not based in the United States. They give an address of Rancho Cucamonga. It's a bogus address. I can never get ahold of anyone at the area code 909 number and have left countless messages with my name and call back number.
I would NEVER ADVISE ANYONE TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. FRAUD!

You will not get them and they will do all they can to refuse a refund. It took 2 payPal disputes, countless emails, threats to them and 2 months to get a refund for something they said was delivered December 18th and I ordered it in October.

I had the same problem as the others who responded but with a little better result. I eventually received all the items I ordered but none of them were the sizes I specified. None of the items were even close to fitting. They eventually refunded my credit card. I was lucky but I'll never order anything from them again.

Contact customer service from the confirmation email you got after you made your purchase there's an email address they're very good about answering back. More than likely the items were on backorder and they will let you have the option to get something else or get your money back or wait for your item to come in once you contact them through email. They always answered me back within 24 hours but usually 10 to 12 hours

Do not buy from a Chinese website. Pure scam artists. Cheap, dodgy clothing, bad sizing, why would you bother. You get what you pay for... usually... only in this case most of us get nothing. Stay away!

Dont count on it I ordered my stuff december 22 and still have not gotten it I currently have a 5 million dollar lawsuit with this company.

Oh dont worry about them they will deliver them next. It happened to me they deliver 3 items then the next few days i received the last one... Just have more patience to wait... :)

Ok I had a bad experiance with sammy over a $24 two item order the size was bad and quality was bad I wrote real bad review on sitejabber that got there attenion and they started e-mailing me to work it out they finally offerd me a refund and while the money was being transfered would I go ahead and change my rating and review i said not till it was in my account, so then it happened fast and I posted a new review that said that was refunded, so really I played them the same way they have done all these people in these reviews. Before you order online resurce the company I know I will!

Your other items were probably not in stock, so they may have shipped them China Post when they were in stock, which may take 6-8 weeks. I've experienced the same issues, but always received my items around that time frame.
