Hi Pamela... good luck. Sammy dress and their affiliates - rosewholesale.com etc etc are a scam outfit. I never order from China now. They will tell you not in stock after you've paid for the items - give no refund, and no further communication. Just had to cut my losses and warn others. Hope this helps.

SammyDress is notorious for incomplete or undelivered orders. The worst thing, is that they really don't think they owe the customer a refund if an order is incomplete or lost in shipping. You can create a "ticket" with their customer service, but that is truly an excercise in futility. They have no problem stringing you along with promises of getting you your missing items, or a refund, but they won't do either. Their idea of helping their customers ended when they took your money! They will flood review sites with bogus reviews of quality goods, fast shipping, and great customer service, but they aren't true. I battled with them for 5 months over a refund of 17.00, and never got further than empty promises of a refund until I started posting negative reviews and opened a claim with PAYPAL. Then they were very interested in solving my problem in exchange for dropping my claim and writing a new review praising their customer service, which I refused to do until the refund showed up in my acct. Despite a dozen promises of a pending refund, they never did send one, but I was able to obtain one from PAYPAL. My advise would be don't ever shop SammyDress, but if you still decide to, use PAYPAL, it will be your only chance of getting your money back should something go wrong. Check their reviews, ignoring all those glowing 5 star reviews the company posted and you will see thousands of unhappy customers. Being offered 20.00 store credit for a 100.00 order they assume no responsibility for being lost in transit is not a solution to anyone's problem. Neither is requiring a dissatisfied customer to pay shipping costs to and from china for refunds or returns, knowing the shipping costs will cost more than the products did, This company is content to rip-off each of their millions of one time customers, and when sales drop at that site, they open a new one and go after more suckers that don't realize that all these sites are part of the same company.

Good luck with that! They stole $123.61from me. I have learned my lesson. Never order anything from China, they like stealing people money. Don't waste your time emailing them, cuz all you ever get is, "Sorry for the inconvenience and we will solve the issue, and what is your order number? SCAM!

Their delivery sucks... plain and simple. Sometimes items you order that you THINK are available are not. Eventhough the website says they are! They'll send the items that are available... weeks/months later. But forget about items that aren't. The quality is not the best but cute if ur on the smaller size. I had to constantly complain on their website as well as give bad reviews on others. I placed an order in November and my order wasn't complete until February. Order at your own risk.

Not unusual. Paid for 2 got only one and that was over 6 months ago. This place is a scam. Say good bye to your $ won't get that either

They so misleading, its always your order is on the way it should reach you in 7-10 days and a month pass no order. When you ask them for your refund is a different story all together, they keep asking you for the same information that was already sent. These sites are really frustrating...

I do hope you are among the minority of victims, and get your items or refund. Unfortunately, I don't forsee that happening in near future. Take a look at ALL of the negative reviews of the company and let it be your guide. Learn & share!

Yea they were more than likely back ordered... I hadn't gotten sum either... But they finally gave me my money after I have a terrible review
