They are WORSE than this bad! Do yourself a favor and don't consider doing any purchasing from them. Trust me, you will be saving yourself a major headache. The quality is terrible and there isn't any customer service if you need it. You can't get through to their lines and you can't email them because their mailbox is always full. The only way I got my matter resolved was I used PayPal and they refunded me. Sammydress offered to pay me about $4.00 to release the complaint from PayPal, but I refused to do that. It was a fraction of what I spent, talk about nerve! They use pictures of items from Nationally known brands and it's not what they ship you. Old saying "if it's too good to be true..." DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY!

Yes, they really are. If you order watch the sizing chart and it will still be smaller. The have no customer service. They just are really that bad.

I have waited for over two months for my order. They are only offering me 50 percent refund.

A: Yes, it is that bad. I would really try to find your stuff somewhere else if I were you unless you enjoy your merchandise not showing up or not getting shipped at all if you don't give them all your personal info you should never give out and them keeping your money until you have to fight to get it back. Thank goodness I paid through paypal with my credit card company and was able to get a refund. I will never do business with them again. My suggestion... buy American made!

It is even worse than you think. All the good reviews are posted by them under numerous fake names and they steal their images from a legit website. After you post a bad review, they harass you trying to make you to remove it.

I am still dealing with getting my money back. They never sent my stuff I ordered in the middle of Aug.

I ordered in August and still haven't received my shipments. They are good on responding; however, that doesn't really matter since I still don't get my stuff.

In a word, yes. They tried to scam me several different ways, but were unsuccessful, because I used Paypal (Awesome backup tool!) I will never order from Sammydress again.
