They are WORSE than this bad! Do yourself a favor and don't consider doing any purchasing from them. Trust me, you will be saving yourself a major headache. The quality is terrible and there isn't any customer service if you need it. You can't get through to their lines and you can't email them because their mailbox is always full. The only way I got my matter resolved was I used PayPal and they refunded me. Sammydress offered to pay me about $4.00 to release the complaint from PayPal, but I refused to do that. It was a fraction of what I spent, talk about nerve! They use pictures of items from Nationally known brands and it's not what they ship you. Old saying "if it's too good to be true..." DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY!

Yes, they really are. If you order watch the sizing chart and it will still be smaller. The have no customer service. They just are really that bad.

I would really try to find your stuff somewhere else if I were you unless you enjoy your merchandise not showing up or not getting shipped at all if you don't give them all your personal info you should never give out and them keeping your money until you have to fight to get it back. Thank goodness I paid through paypal with my credit card company and was able to get a refund. I will never do business with them again. My suggestion... buy American made!

It is even worse than you think. All the good reviews are posted by them under numerous fake names and they steal their images from a legit website. After you post a bad review, they harass you trying to make you to remove it.

I am still dealing with getting my money back. They never sent my stuff I ordered in the middle of Aug.

In a word, yes. They tried to scam me several different ways, but were unsuccessful, because I used Paypal (Awesome backup tool!) I will never order from Sammydress again.

Yes it is I was a 1st time shopper of sammydress and it took a month to get my dress 4 days after my birthday which I paid for overnight shipping and I opened the PA just to see it literally falling apart one sleeve wasn't even sewed onto the dress! They still fashions from other sites then try to make replicas as if they actually have the product! Don't waste your time I filed a police complaint on the company

Yes. I think any of the good reviews are fake. They didn't even resemble the pictures. The sewing patterns were wrong like how is this even a dress? Horrible experience

Yes i still have yet to get my dress or refund. You pay a lot for shipping and it takes so long to get and the quality isn't good. You can't reach them and pay pal don't help. NEVER AGAIN HORRIBLE EVERYTHING

It's awful customer service has stopped responding to me and it's been 3 months and o have no received my package. They won't offer to replace or refund me, basically they told me oh well.

Honestly I guess it's a hit or miss. However my experience with them is horrible. I'm still waiting for my items from August and their solution is for me to pay 50% of the order so they can resend it. I don't know on what planet that would make sense. I think if they had a better way to handle missing items it wouldn't be bad. I've ordered from places like this on Amazon and it's handled waaayyyy better. Sammy customer service is horrible. Oh and they stated they can refund me however I need to pay for that too!

Yes... sadly. I do like the looks of the clothes but there is absolutely no way of reaching anyone with this company once you have placed an order. If you try email, it will tell you over and over that you must use a VALID email address. I know my email by heart and I know I entered it correctly several times and yet the same pop up as soon as you hit send... use a valid email. Then if you call the company it's MAILBOX IS FULL if your lucky enough to get through. I personally believe Facebook should block SammyDress from advertising. Facebook I'm sure can read the reviews but they allow this behavior from people and companies to continue. I wouldn't waste your time or money on SammyDress products.

Yes they are really that bad. Ordered my clothes in August. Half of them were made wrong and it is now Nov. And I'm still waiting to get replacement clothing. I have countless emails back and forth with them. It is not worth your time or money.

After ordering a few items, yes their service SUCKS! I have been waiting now for about 45 days for my last order to be delivered and still waiting, they keep giving me the run around about why I haven't received it. My first order was fine, have had multiple problems with the company since. Next time I will wait before writing a review about a company. Save your money and time find another company to order from. The "people" who say they are happy with Sammy Dress have to be working for the company. Maybe they should fire those people and hire people to answer the Customer Service phone. PayPal should refuse to do business with this company, for obvious reasons. Don't fall for it.

I placed an order in Aug and have sent multiple emails. They continue to say wait longer and I have received nothing. Just glad it was a small order and am only out $20

To me they have the worst customer service I ever seen in ordering online, I'm always online shopping. However this is the first time I have ordered from this site. You can't contact anyone all you get is a busy signal which is so UnProfessional.

Been two months and still no item. These people should not be allowed to sell anything anywhere. You cannot contact them either by phone or by chat. Phone will always be busy 7 days per week and there is never a person you can chat with.

I have given my opinion on here several times, but site jabber has asked me to give it once more. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone. They are actually in China, their clothes are from China. They are VERY POOR Quality and they DO NOT FIT. I ordered extra large because I just happen to like my tops to be a little loose, I could not even get them over my head. The seams were awful and strings were hanging everywhere. I wish I could see some of these pictures from people that say they got good quality because from what I have seen, there is no quality to these garments AT ALL! I am VERY CONFIDENT that you will NOT be pleased if you order from these people. I have yet to get my money back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!

Ok, I assure you, I ordered three times (what a fool)... one item, a large with fit me, (a small - medium American), the next item, a Large will be too small, the next, too big. Tracking numbers have NEVER worked, it's a crap shoot if and when the items will come. I tried to leave a negative review on a skirt on their own website was so dramatically unlike the representative Photo that I wanted to warn people, but the review never did show up... only the positive ones did. The stuff is cheap knockoffs so the photos are very misleading, never the same material, drape, etc. I never did receive my last order, no response to emails, you can't call them, nothing. Now, there is another website that I SWEAR is the same people, looks almost identical, and I expect they will transfer over to that one and start over. Stay away and do not trust any positive review, there is no way someone could claim that it is just difference between US and Asian sizing, not when you order multiple items in one order and each one fits differently.

Yes, unfortunately. I have even tried to reach their customer service to work it out before I posted my review and they have not gotten back to me. The dresses were cheap but would have been fine to wear one or two times due to the price but the sizes on everything runs one to two sizes smaller than they indicate. Everything in my order had something wrong with it. I would not shop with them again.

Well I ordered two tops August 31st, 2015 and still no tops. I've e-mailed customer service three times and they did the old check your address and check your post office routine. What is that. I paid shipping why would they hold it at the post office anyway? The tracking number doesn't work because it was shipped from China so I don't know if I will ever get my items at this point. I am about to just demand my money back.

Yes, yes it is. They 'sell' items on their website that they don't have in stock but take your money anyway then 5 weeks later, when you expect your item to arrive and you contact them about it they tell you it is not in stock. Effectively they take your money and don't send you any product. Through much work on your part you are able to get you money back, but it's a lot of work. I'm sure there are some places that have good experiences, unfortunately I'm not one of em. I've been waiting almost a month for all my items to be delivered. The item I did get was the wrong color and size. It seems it's more like a grab and go kind of company. They see the item ordered and just grab whatever's on top

The delivery was two weeks late, although the clothes were great I couldn't fit them, I ordered XL but got small good thing a have a daughter than can fit them. I suggest you order larger that your normal size.

I'm wondering why so many people are having a negative experience with this company but I'm not? I probably made about 5 orders with them this year. Not all of the clothes that I ordered were great quality, but I can't really complain because the prices were so low. For everyone complaining about the clothes being small, you have to actually look at the sizing chart for the clothes and compare to your own measurements, don't just judge based on "small, medium, large". Order a size bigger if you have to. I always pay for the fastest shipping option and get my package in about 2 weeks. Again, how come so many people are having issues?

They have very bad customer service! You will never talk to any one. They think they make no mistakes on orders. I ordered 1 large hoodie and Recieved 3 extra large! If you do by from them keep a list of all your order numbers too! Because they will not fix anything! I am still arguing about these shirts! Have write about 14 times. Now that I am on site jabber they are finally talking to me. But they want you to keep all your order numbers for LIFE. BZk

I like it, but you gotta keep in mind that the material isn't the best quality, sizing is off sometimes, and unless you pay for express shipping it'll take at least a month to receive. What I do like about it is they post lots of pictures of customers in the clothes. And always check the reviews of the item you're planning to purchase.

I had a good experience there. You have to realize that they generally are making knock-offs. I got my items in 2 weeks. They were in good quality but they run small. Im pretth sure they have very. Small models wearing size larges in things like shirts and sweatwrs. It's like any other international selling site. Be wary some manufacturers have great quality and others dont. Its a gamble.

I'm so surprised at how many people have had bad experiences with Sammy Dress; I've had a positive experience. I've ordered twice and love the dresses I ordered! I followed the size charts (a must for every single items as they all size different) and have not been disappointed. If you do order make sure to pay for the tracking, but also Wish is a great app and they do deliver faster than SammyDress.

First of all, the folks who post positive reviews are not all fakes. They are real. I used to be crazy about Sammydress & defend them on sites like this. But as of late they have let me down, To begin with, I have placed over 10 orders in the last year and the quality of the products has been exceptionally good. I ALWAYS get compliments from co-workers, family, and friends about an item I am wearing from Sammydress. I use the size chart they provide & compare that with my body measurements to determine what size, and have only had 1 instance where the item didn't fit. I have found that paying standard shipping usually means a 2 month wait. However, lately when I have paid for expedited shipping, I have had to wait longer because the item is not in stock. That's not fair. On my last order in September, I received it in 3 weeks, which I feel is too long for expedited shipping, and 2 of the items (same item, different sizes) were the wrong color. I ordered purple, but got pink! However, I cannot complain about the quality of ANY of the items I have ordered: Wigs, watches, jewelry, dresses, tops, bathing suits, outerwear, all top notch. But VERY disappointed with customer service for not responding to my ticket inquiry from 2 weeks ago. This makes me very skeptical about ordering from them again. In my case, Sammydress may have lost a loyal customer. Based on my recent experiences, I would advise you not to order from them and spare yourself a lot of disappointment & frustration.

If you want to never see anything you order and pay for essentially nothing then go ahead.

Need I say more or anything than what others have said? This company should not be in business. No customer service, only one lady's voice that comes on when you try to call and she sounds like an individual phone rather than a business phone. They take your money and don't deliver or will deliver a worst product. They will first tell you that they are putting your order on hold for verification and you need to send them your driver license, billing address, copy of the card used and when you do all of that, they turn around and cancel your order. They are bad, worst and no body should order from them. Save yourself issues and shop elsewhere

I purchased an order on 10/08/15, a top didn't make it, they have made me wait until today and have offered me a store credit, not a refund, forcing me to buy something else, I want my money back, as well I placed another order on 29/08/15 it has not arrived and they will not do anything about it until the end of November, of which they are going to offer me a store credit, I would not buy from sammy dress, and don't anymore, they are liars and thieves and just constantly tell you to wait, sammy dress suck

Av nt really had problem with delivery, and their customer usually respond to email within 24hrs, thou some of their products are not of good quality. I once had to complain, they refunded some amounts with no stress.

I have multiple garments from sammy including 3 pairs of shoes. Some items fit, some did not. Some were sewn better than others. Overall the price matched the quality. If it ships in 3 days that means the item is in stock. If not, it's not available don't order. Expidited shipping is higher but you will receive items in timely manner. Any other shipping method won't work out. Always go a size up, look at the size chart. A lot of items also have reviews so take a look before you consider.

I ordered two bathing suits and spent $10 extra dollars to have it shipped to me within 10 days. Not only did they not ship it to me within 10 days, but when my shipment finally did arrive several weeks later, the suits were too small and the material was very thin. So therefore, I had to throw them away. And yes, I did use their sizing chart before I had selected my size and ordered them. And because customer service is nonexistent, I wasn't even able to get my $10 shipment fee refunded back to me. I didn't even go there with quality issues. I was just super excited that I didn't give them more than $50 of my money. I am looking forward to the day that they screw themselves, because I believe what comes around goes around!

Sammy's is real bad, very bad. The 5% are shrills.

I only ordered twice. Know that the quality is medium-low, but the price is minimal. For sizign refer to the tables regarding the specific item. I. e. Do not assume that a medium in one item will be the same size than a medium in another. I did not have any major problems with them and evry time I emailed them I always received an answer within 24 hours.
This is the best advice I can give you.

Yes! They take Real items and post them and then send you items they little hand make. The clothes I recieved looked poorly hand made, with poor material and no label. I'm literally donating everything because there's really no way to return items and they are seriously unwearable.

All I can say is that unless you have to deal with their customer service, you haven't experienced their quality of care, or lack thereof. If you've received everything you ordered in a timely manner with no problems... good for you... but once you have a problem, they do NOT want to help or refund. In fact, when they discovered (after 60+ days) that my item had been lost (on the boat I suppose), they refused to reimburse me and they wanted me to pay 50% of the order and the shipping - again- to send the a replacement. Isn't that a scam? Don't think an American company would treat their customer like this. I'm done with ordering from overseas.

No sammydress is not as bad as it's made out to be, yes you might have to wait a bit for your order but they do state the size differences clearly on the site and for example a size medium is a small so I would be inclined to get 2 sizes bigger than you actually need hope that helps

I have noticed tons of negative responses but I have made 5 orders now, each over $50, and haven't had any problems at all.

They are hit and miss. My first order was bad quality fabric but close to picture. Second order terrible. Just factor in small sizing and no possibility of refund. Take a punt why not?

If the clothes had have fit I would have been fine with the order. The prices are so low that I wouldn't mind paying twice what was being billed if they were actually the size they said they were, but I'm not a large guy, I'm just tall (6'2") so when I get an item and it only reaches above my belly button, I'm calling fowl.

It's a company from China. They send whatever size they have in stock, regardless what you have ordered.
The material is very poor and seems like these coming from rejected leftover. Most likely they will not send complete order at once. It's next to impossible to get refund. If you want to return items, you will have to ship it to China, which will cost at least $60. And even after that there is no guarantee that they will refund you. As per their website policy, their sales are non returnable, which I didn't know before. POSITIVE REVIEWS seems FAKE AND SEEMS LIKE COMING FROM COMPANY'S OWN PEOPLE.

I had a good experience with them (and, no, my account is not fake and I don't work for them). I ordered my item and it arrived within the time that was quoted. That's not to say that others didn't have a bad experience. BUT, working in a service industry myself, I know people are more inclined to complain than to report positive feedback, so...

All the good reviews are not posted by them. I wrote a good review & I am not officiated with Sammydress.
A couple of things to remember if & when ordering from them:
1. Always size up 2 sizes. Their clothes are Asian sizing which is smaller than American sizing.
2. Read the reviews for the items that you want to buy. Just scroll down to the bottom of the page & reviews a lot with pictures from real customers will be posted.
3. Order expedited shipping not flat or standard. A lot of times expedited is cheaper than standard. I ordered expedited & received my order in 5 days! Another time I accidentally hit standard & it took 3 weeks

The quality is not top notch, but you are also paying a fraction of the cost for most things. The biggest issue people have is the sizing and shipping.

The sizing is based on Asian sizes, so you should refer to the size chart for proper sizing. Generally you go a size to two bigger.

The shipping will likely take about a month unless you pay for faster service. The items are coming across seas so that shouldn't be surprising if you are aware and reasonable about your expectations.

Everything I have purchased I have been happy with. Some things are of course better than others. Don't expect top of the line products and be reasonable about your expectations. That's my best advice I can give. Hope this helps.

I have made multiple purchases with Sammydress. Absolutely love all my purchases. Definitely recommend. But do keep in mind while ordering clothes or shoes, don't just go with S, M, L size pay attention on actual measurement of the clothes, shoes to get accurate perfect and fit.

I highly recommend WISH, they are fast, affordable and very professional.
