Hi there! My colleague replied to your other duplicate request, #1478127, and I just wanted to make sure you caught our response. We erased your account and credit card info as requested.
Should you ever return and purchase a subscription in the future, you can cancel it any time from your Account Settings; when you cancel your subscription we'll ensure it remains active until the end of the current month that you've paid for, but we won't bill you again.
