On my account, it clearly said I would not be charged until 3/23. I logged into my bank account it shows I already have a pending charge. It is a scam if you are providing incorrect info regarding the date customers will get charged. Would not recommend this company.

I've checked our account from ticket #1281029 and it seems that the account has already been closed and the ticket has bee resolved in January including your refund.
