The downloaded books can I keep them if I cancel my membership

Hi Collin. Some publishers and contributors allow you to download documents from Scribd in PDF format (using a "Download" button on the document's Scribd page). Those you can keep even after your membership expires. However, some content can only be read (or saved to the Scribd app on your phone/tablet) while you have an active membership, and you won't be able to access those books if you cancel your membership. --Jerry, Scribd Customer Service
