I paid using VISA card. Account has been charged. BUT, when I click on messages or us a VIEW option the site takes me ot the SIGN up page / remnewal page. It is not working right. We need to FIX it or I'll notify VISA of a reversal for lack of service, HELP!

Why do you offer PayPal if it never goes through and so you force us to enter CC info which is exactly what I don't want to do? PayPal is safer.
