Hi my name is Rebecca Bermudez and I placed a new order some timberland size 3 for boys and it's been a couple of weeks I gotten any information
My order is taking longer then said to be processed, why is that? And when do you think it will be fully processed and ship to ups/ or usps
Last night I filled out the order from for some shoes. After clicking the last button of the order process, a loading wheel appeared. I waited several hours on this screen but nothing ever happened. My question is did my order get shipped, or do I need to re-order?
