How long will it take to make a wedding dress?

I have been trying to call to check the status of a dress that I ordered on Friday are you able to confirm if I give you the order number

I received the dress today but it is VERY different from the one I originally ordered. The one I ordered had a collar and the bottom part had ruffles...
