I ordered four bridesmaid dresses and NOT ONE of them fit. Customer service is a joke... they send you generic responses to specific questions or concerns in very broken English. The measurements for all four dresses were completely off... it was a one-shoulder strap dress that cuffed over the left shoulder and zipped on the other side under the arm. Each dress needed at least five more inches of material to remotely come close to zipping up. My bridesmaids even ordered a size up from the dimensions given just to be on the safe side. The largest dress I ordered didn't even fit the smallest bridesmaid. I am so disgusted and am now rushed to find dresses in time for my wedding. Lesson learned! You get what you pay for! Oh, and don't even think about getting your money back. They don't respond or care once they have your money.

I have purchased many products from many online stores but this store is really genuine because they gave me proper service and support. Me together with my family are happy with the services. Nice company.

I have been contacting customer service since February to resolve issue. We are now 2 days from April and a few weeks from wedding and I d have a refund or fitting dress. Support is generic responses. Even if you do all they ask you get nothing from them. I too am filing complaints with credit card company hoping to get refund of the dress that was made way to big on top.

I have to say shirleysdress has made big day a dream. It has so many wedding dresses what any brides want. I ordered my dress, it offered me a free veil. Great. The PRICE was so awesome. That's not the whole part, I gave them a bad measurement. Their customer service helped me out. They did reply all my email in a quick way. My dress arrived on time. I should also mention about the quality... Its simple great. I was initially a little worried as they said it would come from China with regards to the size... but glad I found them... Good collections and affordable price. Ordered a short peach dress for a family dinner with a dress code. I rocked as everyone complimented me. It was a bit lose around the hips for me, but it is nothing a seamstress couldnt fix. I saved about $50 by buying from here rater than going for a shop. Thank you. I ll buy more.

We purchased two dresses for my daughter, and we gave exact measurements. Only one dress was received. The prom dress arrived, the color was supposed to be a bright dark green, it was the color of dark pea soup, ugh. The length was way too long, and the back panels 4 - 5 inches too big. To have the dress altered is going to cost as much as the dress cost... I have contacted the company and at this point have only received a generic email response. After reviewing prior reviews, I do not anticipate a good customer service response, nor refund. A lesson well learned for my teenage daughter, albeit a costly one. Would never buy here again!

I am writing this review because I want to share my personal experience with Shirleysdress. I have ordered one dress which is little bit costly. Actually I need it within 20 days for wearing in my friend's engagement function. I got the dress in 17 days and am very happy with the quality of materials used in it.
I personally recommend this company to others because of my experience which I never expected from an online store located in China which is far away from my place. The customer care professionals treated me like their own family member and followed me till they get my confirmation about the product delivery. Bought a lovely Glamorous Strapless Ruched and Layered Wedding Gown for my daughters debutante ball. The process was uneventful and the dress was stunning. She looked prettier than the $5000 dresses! Don't even hesitate.

Just a note for you guys that had a bad experience...
If you're in the USA you have to keep in mind their product ships from China. A totally different culture & business. Sizes are different so order 2 sizes bigger than your measurements. Be sure to use their size conversion chart too and keep in constant communication with them at the very point of placing an order until you receive your dress.
Since they're on the other side of the globe you'll definitely get a response within 12 hours.
I had specific instructions for them, was very persistent, and made sure I exchanged emails with them many many many times. They were very responsible and did exactly what I asked them to do.

Even better... dress was 100.00, alterations 50.00, boots 100.00... How pretty I felt getting married in Vegas... priceless:-)

I got my wedding dress before expected date from shirleysdress. I am very happy with their timely service and delivery. The dress was beautiful and amazing which attracted many people who had attended my wedding functions. I personally thank each and every staff there.

Horribly disappointed! Ordered a prom dress for my daughter & they said I should receive it in 4 - 5 business days & low & behold it has been over 10 days & nothing. Emailed them & they said won't get it until middle of May & I ordered it beginning of April! So mad... will never order from this company EVERYONE AGAIN! They never said it would take a whole month or so to receive the dress until you order & pay. They don't even deserve the 1 star I gave them!

I ordered bridesmaid dresses from this site and was really nervous about it, after I received them I was glad to notice they were made well and was impressed. The issue I had was that they were not the color I ordered and they don't seem very interested in resolving the problem. The website states "... If you are positive that you have received the item in a wrong color, please provide the photos as a proof and contact us for a full refund or exchange for a new one." I am still in the works of getting this resolved but not feeling to hopeful. Sadly I have 3 more bridesmaids dresses I need to buy and may take my business elsewhere if they cant fix the problem!

I ordered my dress in late February, I didn't get it until the first week of April! A month before prom actually. I ordered it custom size and the whole top is way too big! Not only did I have to wait a month & a half, I also have to find someone in time to get it fixed. I really don't recommend anyone buying from here!

I ordered a dress on 2/12/16 was promised it would be delivered by 4/4/16. Now my wedding is in 2 weeks and they have not even shipped it. They have ruined my wedding day. They take forever to answer your questions have no contact number and send you 3 word responses! Do not order from them they have destroyed my wedding. I even asked 2 weeks prior if it would be ready and they still confirmed knowing it wasn't finished yet. HORRIBLE!

I ordered a dress this past weekend. I tried paying for it... it keeps rejecting my credit card! Can't get customer service to answer their phone. I emailed them. I get a generic response. With no answers to my questions! I will remove this negative review. If I am wrong for complaining!
