Don't buy from Shoes.com, is not the same company, I used to buy from shoe buy. Com and they were very professional and no restocking fee, this company is a joke
Yes - customer service is abysmal, and Shoebuy is the reason I will probably never again buy shoes online. They would not accept a return on some expensive hiking boots (fit was poor on me, and they had a defect). It turns out their return policy is very, very restrictive. I bought a different pair at a local brick and mortar merchant, where I could try them on, and who had a liberal return policy. This was more expensive, but I didn't waste money on shoes that I couldn't wear. Buying at a local store will be the route I go in the future. Learned the hard way that great online deals aren't always what they're cracked up to be.
Yes. Real site, real shoes. Some very nice. Poor customer service. Don't buy leather, ever.
Stay away! I tried to make an exchange, and they charged me for the new shoes and then claimed that returned shoes were worn and damaged and wouldn't give me my money back. I wore them long enough to try them on and even then the shoes were so small and stiff that I couldn't get my feet into them! I asked the customer service "manager" (the 4th "manager" I spoke to) if we are allowed to try on the shoes and shes said "yes of course" to which I said then why do you consider what I did wearing them? She didn't have an answer. This is a scam to sell off damaged or defective merchandise. Stay away.
